I just wrapped up two intense days of filming across Atlanta for our next long-form walking tour. We are taking a deep dive into the real dirt, steel, and policy behind the city's massive push for 20,000 affordable housing units by 2030.
I started out on foot tracking the skyscraper conversions downtown, and today I jumped in the car to hit the outer quadrants—from the massive public land banks over on the Westside all the way up to the new pipeline builds in Buckhead.
We’re covering the logistics of these builds, the transit overhauls, and some pretty heated community controversies surrounding developer loopholes.
