Scratch magazine is celebrating its 20th birthday this month, which calls for cake.

THE WILD CARD CHALLENGE 1:

For this Wild Card challenge, we want to see a birthday cake created on a single nail tip – and there needs to be enough cake for the entire team – so make it tall!

The cake must be at least 15mm high from the surface of the nail tip, and you can use whatever mediums you like, but create the cake from scratch: no nail moulds are to be used.

We want to see texture that makes the cake look good enough to eat, and at least one candle with a realistic-looking flame. Include one element of hand-painted text within your creation.

The tip can be photographed on a nail, or on its own - it's up to you.
