We've been taught to sit still, small and quiet... we disconnected from our body-wisdom 🥀
Of course we feel tense and blocked!
But deep down we already know how to liberate ourselves, it's instinctual ❤️🔥
The key is reconnecting with the primal part of our being - the body -
