So you all know i experiment on myself right? I got my bloodwork done after months of taking 1gram / day of niacin (nicotinic acid). It:
- lowers LDL cholesterol
- raises HDL cholesterol
- reduces plaque in arteries
- lowers mortality
- lowers triglycerides
- other benefits

My Dr. literally praised me.
Now, not leaving anything alone, I went to the research. Google AI is saying that niacin does NOTHING and it doesn't lower LDL, nor raise HDL, nor reduce plaque, nor lower triglycerides, LOWER mortality, nor affect (other stuff I am not familiar with) But, I found it is quoting is from studies done IN CONJUCTION with statin drugs, paid for by statin drug producers.


Then I controlled for that and looked up monotherapy trials of just niacin alone, and it immediately quote "is the gold standard". 2 grams a day seems to be the winner. But, there was a side note. BLACK MEN.


So, I looked up what's this note about Black men? I'm a Black man. Did they divide the studies by race?



YES



Black men achieved at 1 gram/day, what white/latino/asian took 2grams - 3gams / day to achieve.


Black men maxed out all of the benefits of taking niacin alone at 1 gram / day.


At 3 grams/day a sizeable amount of participants stopped the study, because of the tremendous flush.

Black men didn't suffer as much from niacin flush as other racial groups. So theoretically black men could withstand the 2 grams or 3 grams niacin flush much better.

My next test on myself will be to add niacinamide to see what the results I will have.

FOOD STAMPS: are they good or bad or evil? Most people alive today don't know it, but the whole food stamp think was an evil communist takeover of the country. We saw with DOGE that these departments have created a space of corruption few knew about. Sure let's talk about today, right now. The secretary of health put out a call for all states to send her their food stamp lists. They found hundreds of thousands of fraud and illegals on the lists. They, as of this writing removed 700,000 of illegals, and fraud, and straight illegal. One guy was receiving food stamps from 5 different states.

So the thing itself has problems. But, I want to rewind it a bit to tell you, the whole thing is not just bad, it's evil, and a communist plank.

Use you're little lizard brain to think for a second: gov't takes your money, and hands out food to people. It's not that simple, but that's what's happening. Now it used to look like communist RUSSIA. You could only get certain things and you literally were handed out food. Now it's just a card, like a credit card.

FUN FACT: a lot of enlisted military are on food stamps. The people fighting all these wars, are so poor they get food stamps.

Not only were you standing in line to get certain food from the government, but then the government shut down soup kitchens and charity food. It was a takeover, NOT helping people. 90% of the charity feeding that used to go on was shut down, AND people told to get food stamps instead.

Jump back to 2025. There are people today that rely on food stamps, legitimately. These are of course, mostly the elderly. WHEN YOU ASK WHY THAT IS, you look at the behavior and circumstances of most of these elderly people:
- mostly women
- mostly no kids
- mostly not married or never married
- ones with kids, are in jail or something like that
- 90% Democrat (hmm shocking?)
- a general non connection with any money ever in their life, as in lived off of government the whole time

Are we looking any better now? As in, are the future generations off of food stamps? No, the same people and same behaviors are moving into the future, if not worse. There are MORE childless or alone women than ever before.

Why are Black people, as a group, so poor? Let's analyze that question and take it seriously. What makes ANY group rich or wealthy? Do you get wealthy as a group from women having sex with men? No not really. Not by itself at least. Wealth comes from productivity, i.e. doing SOMETHING. And that something, in human terms, is producing a product. And, I'm sorry to tell you all this, in human terms that falls on the shoulders of men, not women.

So first we have to establish that men are the ones that gain the wealth, by doing something.

Let's go back to the question Black people as a group are at the bottom of every financial stat. Black people now suffer from black women being in charge of a majority of the decisions in the group, by outside influences, namely Democrats.

So, #1 they fail as a group to generate wealth.

So the men must do something. What must they do? They must provide a product or service. This is done through entrepreneurs and business ownership.

I hear a lot of Black people complain they don't have money to start a business. Well, that would be something, if it weren't for poorer people coming to our shores and starting businesses, including Africans or Caribbeans doing it. What did they do? They pooled their money, by family or friends and started businesses together.

So let's look at the behavior of Black people, and why is it that black americans don't pool their resources?

We then discover that there is a typical behavior of black women to be selfish, well all women, to be honest. So when Black women are the main people making decisions in the Black group, you're going to have this behavior. Selfishness means you do not pool your resources to get ahead. In fact, it's so bad, that normal female behavior now, says that women won't even date a man who isn't already "ahead".

Now translate that to a group, and that means the group never "gets" ahead, because the behavior is to look for those who already got ahead, so no one ever starts anything in the group.

It's so bad that when the men START things, the women complain that he should have already finished. It's not logical don't look for logic in this behavior. So a lot of black starts are destroyed.

It's so bad that the black women give their advice and opinion to men they have no vested interested in. The men pay attention to them, for some reason. I don't know why? Oh, it's because the black women have been put into a decision making position in the group. So they have the privilege of giving advice on topics they have no idea about, and insult people, people with experience and proven success,

But because she's been placed in a position of decision making, she thinks it's her place to destroy anything that she doesn't approve of.

Is she not approving of a business start? No. She just doesn't understand it. And, because she doesn't understand it, she wants to destroy it.

So #2 black women destroy business starts in the group

Now these businesses that generate wealth don't do it overnight. Most people don't understand that the money changing hands, in a business, might be huge, but because you have to run the business and keep it going, you might not make any money, even through a million dollars goes into the business every day.

Again, a lot of black women don't understand that getting a million dollars into a business isn't the end result. They routinely take the money, and a lot of times get arrested. They don't pay the employees, the professions, the business to business companies that keep your business running. No, they just take the money and think they've made it.

So a business might have millions of dollars flowing through it, but have shoestring profits. The truth of about making a business wealthy is that it has to continue operating, and the profits set up to make more money, to grow the business.

So #3 a business has to stay open to make money, and black businesses close down way more than other companies.

Finally the business is open and it's stayed open for years, but there's business owners that don't retire rich, so there's another factor.

A business must expand and make money on the money it makes. This is normally done through investing in other businesses.

A survey was done years ago, why are white families and black families in the same salary range, so much richer than the black families. and it was clear, Black people have no paper assets: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, life insurance. Hands down Black people only had money. Even rich ones. The paper was shown to make money by buying the paper: stocks and bonds and insurance.

When they asked the black families why, they said no one ever explained it to them. And, when they asked the white families, they routinely had a cousin or uncle that explained it to them, and already was invested. Black people never even knew anyone that had. And, there was a fear that it was just gambling and you'd lose all your money.

So what about a business? All the wealthy businesses have people that invest for the business. So all the millions of dollars coming into a company can be put to use buying stocks, bonds, and insurance, just like a person. But, since it's a business, using millions of dollars, the impact is giant.

So #4 a business must expand and have the profits make more money to be wealthy and Black people never invest.

But, here is a political wrench thrown into all of this analysis. At a minimum, a business can only exist in a safe and secure area. The real racism of blue states is that they routinely put criminals in the black areas. Meaning, they arrest them, then release right back in the area. They don't catch them, and keep them from doing anymore harm in an area. They do the opposite.

So the question is, is this on purpose? Are Democrats destroying Black areas on purpose?

- gardening, to the point that most of your food comes from your own garden, with no sprays and toxins
- learn how to laugh quietly, like a lady
- cherish your life, your husband's life, and your (plural) children's lives, put them all before you, because you will always be taken care of, that is already a given
- enjoy being a lady

UNFORTUNATELY 99% of female humans can never be a lady, in fact, but they can act like it, to have their father command a high value suiter for you.

Understand that when women were slowly and slowly left to decide their mates themselves, going from extended family, to family, to social groups, to friends, and now by herself, actually finding a suitable mate has all but been destroyed, and there are almost no female humans that act like ladies.

BREAKING NEWS: in the U.S. because we are not a communist country, private companies/individuals have to make the robots for profit. At this point, not that they've done any market research, they do not feel they can make consistent money selling robots to the general public for home use. So, even Boston Dynamics, has reverted to making industrial robotic arms, and selling to manufacturers, i.e. business to business. No home robots.

Men's Health Awareness: I have prepped and am about to go to the hospital for a colonoscopy. My blood pressure has dropped a cool 30 points. And, I'm going commando, since I saw we're going to be basically nude on the table anyway.

I plan on keeping this up with a water fast for 6 more days. Add an electrolyte packet to a glass of water each day? or just a pinch of salt? I am totally cleansed right now. Shaved and showered.

I need to drop at least 60lbs.

I guess get on the treadmill for an hour or two daily, in this state? All of my lab tests came out amazing.

(I didn't tell the doctors I reverted to buying the best and taking the best, most bioavailable vitamins, minerals, and herbs, and combined together for even more bioavailability)

So right now I'm in a state of depleted glycogen, and am probably already in ketosis.

The doctor said bring someone to bring me and take me back home. I asked my mother and of course she said no. That's the type of person, who calls themself - saved sanctified and filled with the holy ghost, she is. She's going to get to the pearly gates and they're going to say, "woman you're evil, we don't let evil people in heaven, get thee hence." Not my problem. Oh she doesn't like the rest of the family either.

So I guess I'll uber? Thank God for uber. I'm happy about the blood pressure drop. It keep dropping too. :)

man I was so out of it. the nurse tapped me and said, wake up sir, and I said "no I have to go get a procedure" I thought 2 seconds had passed. I was knocked OUT.

Man was I woozy, still am sitting here typing. They said it'll take 24 hours for it to leave your body.

The dr said I was amazing. only 2 tiny polyps. No need for a follow up, since I was so amazing.

CHIVALRY IS NOT DEAD: modern women just excused themselves out of it. Chivalry is still alive and kicking and now every man from peasant to lord observes it. Of the 1,000 rules of chivalry 10 concerned women. First of all, it's in the name, chival, meaning horse, or horse rider. So right off the bat, you had to be able to afford a horse to even participate in the code of chivalry. In case you're not familiar, a horse was extremely expensive back in the day. A man on the horse was, most assuredly one of the elite men in the country. Now add on that his armor, the horse's armor, his weapons, and the men he hired. That's what chivalry was about. What do two gentlemen do when they meet up.

Did you know, if any gentleman, and that was a general term for a man who could afford a horse, shows up to your castle, keep, fort, etc. YOU HAVE to house him and feed his horse and take care of his serfs. (people keep using peasant, but a peasant paid his own way. a merchant was a peasant. a serf was on step above a slave.)

You had to be a gentleman to other gentlemen. Women were of no concern in chivalry. And, when it did mention women, it talked about noble women, and the wives of other gentlemen. Basically you didn't talk to women, and you barely acknowledged them, but when you did you would be polite. Opening doors wasn't a thing. Remember we're talking about men who could afford horses.

THEY HAD PEOPLE OPEN DOORS FOR THEM.

Now what if a gentleman met a serf or peasant. Such a person would bow and scrape to them, except some peasants were richer than gentlemen. They could buy their way into a good family, by marrying off one of their daughters to them.

Modern keep talking about how they are princesses or queens. No such a person wasn't even a consideration. They were shuffled around like cattle. You married who your father told you, without any back talk, and that was your lot in life. You were a pawn on a chessboard. They mistake streetwalkers for queens. Men bought streetwalkers things. All the other women lived in the household and got what was there.

Women complain now that chivalry is dead. No it isn't. You just excused yourself out of it and stopped being a LADY. The opposite of a gentleman was a lady. A lady had servants. A lady wasn't every woman. You have to be knighted, to be called a lady. But, peasants adopted the word for their wives, when they got rich and powerful enough. Didn't mean they WERE ladies.

Now we're all calling common women ladies. But there was a code for ladies too. And women stopped THAT.

They keep insisting women didn't have any rights. The fact is, as always, women had as much right as the men in her class, to be by his side. Until she put on armor and picked up a sword and die in wars, she should be quiet, because she'd never do that. Women now want to act like they do put on armor and fight in wars, so you should listen to them. They don't. Even the women that literally join the military don't.

They keep talking about women's rights. What about men's rights? The peasant man never had rights, equal to a gentleman. And don't even talk about serf men. But, they keep talking about how serf men should treat them. If you're a serf you get treated like a serf, regardless if you're a woman or a man. And you don't get any rights as a serf, period. If you're a peasant you pay your own way, period. As a gentleman please hope your father had money.

Remember, we're talking about fighting in wars. Constantly. This idea of being polite to women, is that the reality of human history. That's all modern stuff. They needed rules for when two men, with power, met each other how are they going to act. Women were just a footnote.

Modern women want to rewrite history and talk about being treated like ... well nothing ever existed like they pretend a queen had rights. (ignore queen Elizabeth, that was an entire scam, you probably don't know about)

Chivalry never died. Two thugs on the street still, to this day, act and behave in a chivalric way, depending on how sophisticated they are.

Women just erased themselves from chivalry.

star wars is dead, lord of the rings is dead, now dune is dead. What's the point? These are all would be world shattering box office smash hits, but these companies keep putting women in charge that hate the franchises, the fans, MEN, and hate the person that wrote the original book or movie, even if they were women too.

The latest one is Dune.

Dune is a complicated, very - story within a story within a story, niche niche niche series of sci-fi books based on a background of middle east oil politics religion. You have to read the books to get anywhere near understanding it. Otherwise, oh you'd have to make it a tv series to lay out the entire first book.

They did that.

And while the movies are so so, but very pretty for all to see, none of the people in the movies behind the scenes are involved in the tv show.

BUT WAIT.... not so fast.

The people involved in the blockbuster movies, were all originally supposed to produce the tv show, but were removed. And, not just removed, their replacements were removed, and then THEIR replacements were removed, so that the 4th people down the line, who made the tv show, all hated the book and the movie.

Doesn't that sound familiar? Yes, the star wars people hate stars. The lord of the rings people hate lord of the rings. The witcher people hate the witcher. And, they all hate White and Black men.

And they come back with, anyone that likes this stuff is a N*ZI. And all the Black nerds are like, WHAT?

I think the 2000's were a sweet spot for nerd culture meets hot guy culture. So that you got jocks and popular kids finally liking nerdy stuff and nerds being considered "cute".

That period was short lived.

Because nerds and hot men, are all still just men, and men can't have anything. Nerd culture finally became pop culture, and women weren't having it.
