BREAKING NEWS: 5,000 New York Policemen will be leaving the force come Jan 1 2026. The new mayor has sworn to defund the police and will do his part to replace them with social workers. Also, he will be instituting untold vast direct levels of communism in the city: government owned grocery stores, housing, education with no possibility of refusing to go to the assigned school, tear down parks and build housing, halting all raising rent, but even more stricter demands to repair rental properties, regardless of cost.

The outgoing mayor dropped a nuke on him halting his ability to tear down a major park.

The governor has uncategorically said she will not allow anything that he said, that she is actually in control of, since the mayor is not in control of much and many boards oversee a lot of what goes on in the city.

The mayor said he will stop ICE from deportation. In response, president Trump said if that is the case, he will be arrested.

Also there is talk of him being deported sine he is not an American citizen.

Good Job New York. You all really messed this one up.

Oh and he will attempt to raise taxes, which both Mayor Adams and the governor said he is not in control of. But, the rent control means that the middle class WILL pay more for rent.

People are CONVINCED, that what they KNOW is true. Race relations, slavery, african history. They are absolutely convinced that what they believe is actually true. I come along and tell them, none of that is true, stop watching CNN. And they scream and holler, no no no it's true. Mind you, they've never read a book that said it, nor anything close to a textbook talking about the subject. The absolute worst are liberal women. They are made up of falsehoods.

And what's worse is, they're convinced that they know what's best for Black people, children, politics, foreign relations, sexual orientation, legal issues. And they vote accordingly.

I'm in favor of strict voting tests, like they put on Black people, who studied and passed, and still weren't allowed to vote.

They would pass out if I showed them Black Wall Street and that entire story.

How did we get to the point where people who know the least are the loudest? Who convinced them that they, of all people, should speak up? Meanwhile the wise man keeps quiet about topics he only knows 80% of the information, because he might get the 20% wrong.

Good news: I'm no longer dying. I've been having fatal levels of blood pressure for the past 6 months. I could call the ambulance at any time, and watch them freak out at how high it was. After quadrupling my medication, a week later, it's 114/78 (normal is 120/80) mine was routinely 200/180. I should have been done passed.

BREAKING NEWS: Apparently NOW you do not need a 650 credit score to get a mortgage. An FHA loan now put comments (a legally binding credit term) that 650 is no longer necessary. When pushed they indicated 500 is the minimum needed. There is no indication of PMI change needed if you pay less than 20% down though.

I think they want a new housing crash, because the housing markets are crashing in many states, because of the tremendous amount of illegals being removed from the housing market.

So they want to replace them with poor people with bad credit, to save the market. There's no indication that prices are going down, except in maybe Florida.

BREAKING NEWS: The governor of new york said point blank she will not allow anything that the newly elected mayor promised to do, to actually happen. The mayor made promises which only the governor could actually do. So none of the promises he made will happen.

Then he made the police department his enemy and now the officers declared they will not serve him. ICE also offered to take all New York police, and said join a force the actually respects you.

Bus drivers, when asked, said free bus rides will never happen.

People are leaving New York itself, and Florida and Texas real estate agents phones are ringing off the hook.

Parents literally removed their children from school the night he won.

Muslims declared New York THEIR territory. You can see clips all over youtube.

I would not be surprised if there's a recount.

FINALLY, his idea of tax the rich, in actuality means that taxes would be raised and rent would be raised on everyone except the lowest incomes, which are only like 10% of the population. So, all the people that voted for him are going to have their taxes raised and rents raised.

GEN Z and ALPHA have walked away: not just from women, but from society. I meant for this to be the point of my previous post. Men are SO not participating, that not only women are panicking, but businesses are. All the traditional lifestyle businesses are either vanishing or if they can run to online.

Nightclubs, including gay clubs have been hit the hardest. Women now complain that when they DO go to a club, it's full of women (mostly overweight, but that's a whole different Ted Talk). Men, when asked, are of the opinion, the days of them going out, buying a woman a drink and talking to her, is long gone.

Let's pretend for a second a guy DID that. Now if you go buy a woman a drink several things could happen: she takes the drink and walks away; she takes the drink and goes and talks to HER MAN; she has a confrontation of what you want for that drink. I don't even think talking to you is one of the options.

So you can see "nightlife" is over. Gen Z and Alpha are on a whole different level. At no point do they even consider spending money on another adult, or opposite sex. They have normalized women having jobs, to the point it makes no sense to spend money on them. What's the point of that?

They never lived during a time where women sat at home and did not work and earn money. It's just like, they didn't live without AI being a thing. So all the traditions we grow up with, are gone.

They do not even understand the concept. While we're arguing about what a "real man" is, they're on an entirely different playing field. Women are just people with boobs. And with the whole trans thing, being a thing, Gen ALPHA don't want any part of dating. The conversation of intrasex relationships is moot. The person might be a man. So, they're not playing.

Now, as to women's finances.

The reports are RELUCTANTLY very very very slowly coming in that all the "girl bossing" they've been doing
- my own car
- my own HOUSE
- my own hair skin and nails
- my "high paying" job -=BOOM=-



Are all not what they intended it to be, and do not save, spend responsibly, nor plan for the future, nor even plan out their career to be able to afford themselves.



Also, they destroy each other. They step on each other's toes.



The cars are being repossessed.
The houses are being foreclosed on.
The bills for every day life is rendering them bankrupt, INCLUDING DIVORCES WHO "GOT HALF".


They latch on to any man, when dating, to get him to pay for her to look "her lifestyle" which she cannot afford. (then leave him or "date" multiple men.


Their jobs, even with college degrees, are terrible. The degrees are laughable. But they claim they have more degrees than men.



Men have refused to participate.

The idea of women arguing with you, is a non-starter with Gen Z and Alpha. They are much more in touch with mental illness and don't want to be a part of it.
