Stop trying to be someone else on camera.
Most people who want to build a following online try to copy other creators. They watch someone successful, copy their style, and try to sound like them.
The problem with this is it never feels natural. You watch yourself back and cringe. So you delete the video, you don't post, and the following you wanted never gets built.
This leads to staying invisible, staying stuck in a job or business that doesn't excite you, and watching other people build the life you actually want.
After building a following of 60K+ in 12 months and generating 1-4 million views a month just by telling my own story, here's what I'd do instead.
Be yourself and tell your story.
This is because people don't connect with a copy of someone else. They connect with something real. When you tell your own story in your own voice, you stop worrying about being perfect and start creating content people actually want to watch.
Which leads to a following that knows you, likes you, and trusts you enough to pay you.
You can think about it like this:
Do you want to keep trying to sound like everyone else? Or would you prefer to find your voice and build something that's actually yours?

As we get to the end of September, I just want to say how grateful I am to have so many followers here. September saw a big spike in Followers, enagagement and views. The comments have been lovely to read and your support means a lot.
I am sorry if i haven't been able to reply to everyone. The spike in activity took us by surprise. It is only Aga & I - we have no team or outsource anything.
We love building this channel and we love the support we get.

YouTube has been great for me since setting this account up October 2025. In 11 months I've added 300 videos and generated millions of views. The account has grown to over 3K subscribers. All of whom I am genuinely grateful for.
Having a platform that allows me to post daily and tell a story about my life in Poland has been life changing.
The opportunities that have arisen have been wonderful.
1. YouTube now pays me every month for my content
2. Brands reach out and pay me for videos they can use on socials and websites
3. People reach out to ask for help so they can do the same on YouTube.
All of this attention generates income, supports the channel and my life here in Poland.
