The Long Way In
Hey. Thanks for coming.
In my first series of videos, I'm going to try and show the real Palestine and real Palestinian people. No plan, no script and no second takes. I'm just walking the streets and meeting people and discovering new places. I'm learning as I go and I want to understand more about Palestine and why it is allowed to suffer as it does.
I want to show the world that Palestine is not at all what you may imagine. Hopefully, I can persuade more people to return to Palestine. At least, we can begin by returning to the city of Bethlehem and discovering this magical place, especially now at Christmas time.
Hoping I can show this amazing city and it's beautiful people in a good light.

Hey, guys. Thank you for showing an interest.
What I’m trying to show in these videos is the real life people in Palestine. I don’t think a lot of people understand Palestine fully and maybe therefore it’s hard to put human faces to the conflict and the tragedies occurring right now.
We stayed in Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus and I’m just realising that most people have no idea that Bethlehem is in modern day Palestine. The big separating wall encloses the birthplace of Jesus and many other Holy places.
Bethlehem is in the West Bank, not the Gaza Strip. But Gaza was a city much like others in the West Bank. The people in Gaza are the same people living in other areas of Palestine. Please remember them as you watch my videos. I’m trying my best to make Palestine a real place in everyone’s mind, so that when you hear about the horrific events happening in Gaza you can imagine real suffering. It’s not just news.
If you can like and subscribe and share these Palestine stories with others then we can all try and learn a bit more about each other and realise we are all more alike than we are different.
