Reading messages like this reminds me why I do what I do.
This #fmf post is a reminder that it’s not about being perfect—it’s about being aware. Aware of our patterns, our worth, and the quiet voice inside that’s been telling us all along: “You deserve more.”
Sometimes we just need a little nudge to remember who we are and what we deserve. 🤗 ❤️ love you all!

Being beautiful isn’t all belly rubs and Instagram likes.
Nikka’s learned that when you’re this fluffy and fabulous, no one really takes you seriously. She could be giving a full-blown TED Talk on boundary-setting and self-worth, but all anyone sees is “pretty girl with cute ears.”
She tries to assert herself at the dog park—hold her own in a tug-of-war, claim her favorite shady spot—but the other dogs just laugh it off like she’s there to pose for a photoshoot. One even called her “princess.” (Which… okay, fair, but still.)
She’s smart. She’s strong. She has nuanced opinions on canine politics and a deeply developed inner world. But does anyone ask about that? No. They ask if they can touch her fur or if her lashes are real. (They are. She’s half Pomsky, half supermodel.)
Coincidentally, I just had an interview with the amazing Miss Universe Contestant, Model, and author @Angela_Martini where we discussed how beautiful women are often underestimated.
Angela Martini’s outer life may “appear” effortlessly perfect, but few would guess the sacrifices she’s endured and the battles she’s fought.
Her memoir – Love. Hope. Light. (Simon & Schuster)– delves into the struggles she faced in her rise to fame and the transformative lessons she’s learned, particularly about love and spirituality.

I urge you all to not judge a book by its cover. You're going to find this conversation fascinating, especially in the first five minutes when I revealed how I did the very thing I suggest you do not… And this is why I love having interviews. I love being surprised by depth, and new discoveries. So check out my new video interview with Angela Martini

Is Tom Cruise’s 26-year age gap with Ana De Armas an issue? My interview with Women Magazine shares the key elements needed to offset the many challenges that come with such a significant generational difference. #agegaplove #TomCruise #CelebrityNews #AnaDeArmas

It’s not unusual for Hollywood celebrities to date much younger women — Leonardo DiCaprio is a prime example, though he’s just one of many men who enjoy the perks of fame. This naturally raises the question: what do these relationships have in common, and is the age gap itself a red flag?
The answer lies in understanding that for every significant difference, there must be an equal or greater number of shared similarities. These include lifestyle, philosophy, spiritual or religious beliefs, personal values, and even hobbies. Ultimately, it’s these shared factors — not age — that determine whether a couple can truly connect and thrive.

Nikka always has had a sniff for the truth… and lately, something’s off.
Mulligan’s been acting… shady. Late night zoomies with “the boys,” vague answers about where he’s been, and a suspicious amount of fur that isn’t hers on his bed.
When he comes back from his solo walks, he smells like someone else’s treats—and don’t even get her started on this mysterious “Snowball” he swears is “just a friend.”
She hasn’t called him out yet, but her ears are perked, her snout is sharp, and something smells off… and it’s not just his breath.
Spotting a liar isn’t always as obvious, so if you want to learn how to decode both covert and overt lies, then check out my recent Youtube interview with love coach, Laurie Gerber!
