And we adopted Flo and Daphne in 2024 when they were 2 and 3 years old.

It's exactly a year to the day since we adopted Flo and Daphne. They're doing SO well! That said, Flo still wakes us up at 5.30am for her morning walk! We feel so lucky to have them!

Unfortunately we lost Alfie yesterday. He'd been doing really well, but he had a very bad seizure in the middle of the night. He settled afterwards and slept in his bed as usual, was up and about in the morning and had his breakfast, but he wasn't himself.
The vet let us know that he had had a stroke and his heart was starting to fail, so we took the decision to let him go. He passed away very peacefully on his favourite spot on the sofa.
We're going to miss him so much.

Alfie had to have 7 teeth and a tumour removed recently - all went very well and the test results came back showing that the tumour is benign. He seems EVEN happier than he was before the operation and, as you can see, his appetite has not been affected!!

If I'm being honest, Alfie didn't really NEED a new bed, but he's getting quite old and he really loves sleeping so we got him an orthopaedic bed. He loves it. Snoring is OFF the chart! We hope that you and yours are all well x
