In Morocco, couscous is a traditional dish eaten on Fridays (Jummah) after prayer at the mosque. This is the national dish and had together with family and friends.

This couscous consists of pumpkin, zucchini, carrots, lamb and beef, with chickpeas! Very yummy and healthy.
