Nitroglycerin vasodilation करके cardiac workload और myocardial oxygen demand कम करता है। लेकिन गलत परिस्थिति में यह severe hypotension और poor perfusion पैदा कर सकता है।

✅ BP — Administration से पहले और बाद में reassess करें
✅ PDE-5 — Sildenafil/Tadalafil जैसी medicines की history पूछें
✅ Perfusion — Dizziness, syncope और worsening hypotension देखें

🚨 Hyperkalaemia में insulin देने के बाद खतरा खत्म नहीं होता!
Insulin serum potassium को शरीर से remove नहीं करता—यह K⁺ को temporarily blood से cells के अंदर shift करता है।
लेकिन साथ में blood glucose भी गिर सकती है, इसलिए glucose protection और continued monitoring जरूरी है।

Repeated injections can lead to lipohypertrophy — yani skin ke neeche fatty/lumpy tissue develop ho sakta hai, jahan insulin absorption unpredictable ho sakta hai.
✅ Abdomen / prescribed SC area use karo
✅ Har injection ke liye fresh point select karo
✅ Previous injection se roughly 1 cm ya usse zyada distance maintain karo
✅ Site ko inspect + palpate karo
❌ Lumps, hard areas, bruised ya inflamed skin me inject mat karo
✅ New needle use karo

Remember: NEX measure → correct route → confirm gastric position by approved method → only then use the tube.
