The PolyInnovator

🧠Your TV for Knowledge Management for Polymaths!
I am Dustin Miller PolyInnovator, your multidisciplinary host, and creator of the Personal Integration Operating System (PIOS). As a Proto #Polymath I am on my own journey to Polymath. I used this PIOS framework to organize my own generalist life, and you can too!

I’m here to teach you what I know in the best way I can, and you can gain mastery over many different areas. I’ll make content on whatever topic I know well, so that you can get a diverse experience on this channel.

🎙️I’m the Host of #ThePolymathPolyCast
The Polymath PolyCast Interviews and Discussions, these are the longform multidisciplinary guest interviews.

Other content you’ll see would be my monthly "NOW" Vlogs, based off of Derek Siver's Now page concept.

I got back from #Vidsummit last week and after being a content creator for literally a decade. I want to start speaking on it, and I have for a while. Just going be a bit more vocal about it now. I started the ‪@TheContentPolymath‬ channel to showcase my knowledge on #contentcreation, and I started discussing what I dubbed the "Creator Equation". That helps accelerate one's growth as a creator, and understand the macro behind it.

Still love the time when ‪@aliabdaal‬ came onto the show! I've been reposting the clips from all of the interviews on the new ‪@ThePolymathPolyCastClips‬ channel.

Be sure to follow Ali if you don't somehow already!

This last week I went to ‪@VidSummit‬ and had an amazing time. I've always known I've wanted to go from the moment I heard about it. Even more than other conferences.

I'm going to make a full blog review and experience video over on the ‪@TheContentPolymath‬ channel, so please keep an eye out for that!

Just wanted to check in on my personal channel here. Especially I tend to talk about travel a lot on here. Maybe I'll make a lessons learned trying to do #onebagtravel video. Especially since I HAD to use two because of all of the stuff you acquire at a conference of this caliber.

Love it.

Hope you all are doing well!

This is the last post of my original campaign. I always wanted to be consistent, and I figured the best way for me to do that would be to make a bunch of posts at once. Then schedule them out. To some people that may be a bit weird, but to others they'd think it was smart. For me it was the best way for me to be consistent, then if I posted anything in the meantime it would just be extra!

Am I addicted to caffeine or is caffeine addicted to me? Over my life I have spent way too much time with the stimulant, and honestly I should take more breaks from it over time.

AI was used to make this, but I thought it would be helpful to see: AI is being used to generate written, audio, and visual content through natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and machine learning. It can save time and resources for content creators, but there are also concerns about job loss and the risk of lower quality or biased content. It's important to use the technology ethically and responsibly. #AI #contentcreation

I don't like using AI to generate my content. Tools like Opus are not what I mean. That's taking my work and reformating it, and it does a good job. I mean generating content from scratch using only AI. I think that is something that is cool, but it shouldn't be your whole strategy. Perhaps at most 25% of what you do. Use it to fill out the blanks when you have holes in your content calendar.

I used to take apart my Lego creations to build something even better. Constantly iterating and trying to make more ingenious add ons like moving doors and wings for a spaceship for ex. I think that my desire to build a tiny home or van/boxtruck might continue that mindset in a new way.

To be completely honest if you are using bookmarks in your browser to save links you like, then you are in the stone age. Imo even getpocket is a bit archaic but at least has some sorting capacity and can link to other tools. Notion failed to ever webclip anything for me successfully. However In other tools Like Obsidian I have been able to save entire articles, links, and videos (just embeds), to use for future reference. Much more powerful with #bidrectionallinking
