Be a part of an unprecedented, transformative experience as we proclaim the undying relevance of Christ in contemporary religious, political, and social context.
The Gospel Caravan is a pioneering evangelistic endeavour by The Carpenter’s Desk, with an aim to present the Gospel in a contextualized and relevant manner to contemporary society.
The 3-day event will be moderated by Br. George Koshy Mylapra, and music will be led by Br. Immanuel Henry and his band.
The line-up of speakers include Ashish John, Pr. Anil Kodithottam, Fr. Johnson Thekkadayil, Br. Cherry George Cherian and Asher John.
---------------
Each day will revolve around specific themes, as follows:
DAY 1: God with Us // Religion
In a world where religion is often misused to consolidate power and exploit the masses, and where socalled rationalists label every form of faith as regressive in contrast to modernity, the Gospel offers a unique antidote to religious establishment and practices. What sets apart the message of "God with us" in a land where myriad paths and rituals claim to lead humanity to God?
DAY 2: Peace on Earth // Society
In a world marked by divisions based on caste, religion, class, and other identity markers, what distinguishes the Gospel? How does Christ's message offer a vision of peace and brotherhood among humankind that other philosophies and religions do not?
DAY 3: Government on His Shoulders // Politics
As the clamour for political justice and righteous leadership intensifies with each passing day, what does Christ and His Kingdom offer that worldly authorities and institutions do not? Even in seemingly dire circumstances for political order, why should Bible-believing Christians actively participate in politics?

Pranav has taken offence with our series of responses, debunking his claims. While we don't intend to make the chats public, Pranav feels "harrased" by our critiques and fact-checks.
Fear of intellectual confrontation and dissent is again a characteristic feature of New Atheism. So, not surprised.
A world-class, ISI highly cited scientist is "pathetically hilarious" while a self-claimed professor is "delightful"!🥱🫡
That's @ScienceIsDope for you!

A positive association between atheism and science is a popular misconception among internet atheists like Pranav. Ignorance is fine, but ignorance plus arrogance isn't.
In our most recent video, we review some of Pranav's such remarks where he mocks some towering Christian figures in the current sciences as "being raised as fundamentalists" or just not "really significant".
@scienceisdope labels Justin Brierley as a "Christian fundamentalist" for stating the positive role that Christianity played in the development of modern science. However, the latter was merely acknowledging the wide consensus of historians of science today.
But ...err...we know what sources internet skeptics usually get their history lessons from, lol. 🥱
It's commonplace for internet skeptics to cry "appeal to authority" when confronted with evidence that's complemented with agreement from experts in the relevant field. This was the case in our debate with Science Is Dope , where the latter could not furnish any relevant authority to back their claims- and instead were visibly unwelcoming of even such facts that are virtually contested by most historians of science today. It's obviously okay to dispute academic consensus *with factual counter-arguments*, but it cannot be simply disregarded because it doesn't suit one's dogmatic presuppositions.
PS: In case you missed it live on Discord- the debate will be published on our channel soon.
