This season my performance grew significantly as I discovered one simple thing: TIME spent on the bike will always beat INTENSITY.
Don't get me wrong - cruising with your bike for 15 hours a week won't make you race - ready, but riding in Zone 2 for 2-3 hours with no stops even three times a week will change your body beyond imagination.

I get so many customers literally screwed with one-by drivetrain on a gravel bike. How? They get huge front chainring with 11-42 cassette 😁. The effect? Lack of speed on the descents and absolutely no climbing gear. Can you guess what drivetrain I'm putting on this ‪@YOELEO‬ G21?

"From 200 lbs couch potato to Ironman athlete".
I don't like such videos and photos that go viral online. Don't get me wrong, I highly recommend moving your ass of the couch and doing something HEALTHY, but let's be honest - most people fail planning BIG goals while still holding beer in their hand.
So instead of transfering from your couch to ultra race super dooper training program, can you just go out and ride your bike SMILING? YEAH - I've been doing sport through my 44 years "career", through teenage problems, through grown up financial problems mostly because riding the bike has always made me SMILE!
Hey world! Let's replace grimacing through TOUGH WORKOUT with SMILING during beautiful ride, run, swim or whatever you'll choose to do 😀

1. Don't call your training place a "pain cave". 2. Don't stare at the wall during workouts.
3. Don't "push yourself" to lose weight.
Rather be pulled by the training environment you created. It took me FOUR YEARS to build this place and even my YouTube channel has suffered from this project a lot!
I'm writing it to you guys so that you know, what you see on the pictures is NOT a coincidence, nor is it a hype of another wealthy influencer. I wanted it, so that I can train here and teach youths from disfunctional families bike servicing for free.
IF YOU WANT to feel and look better, MAKE IT ENJOYABLE! Do it with your friends, find the discipline that gives you goosebumps, NOT THE MOST CALORIES BURNT. It may take some time but it's worth it!

Let's change buying into riding, reviewing into exploring, unboxing into training, looking for new parts into looking for new trails and finally binge watching into binge being. DON'T SUBSCRIBE! GO OUTSIDE! 🤙

November 2024 - winter in Poland. On the second photo of course... This year though I'm gonna spend quite a lot of time training in China and - perhaps - California... Do some of you guys lives there?

Just looking at my bike makes me smile. Riding it makes me present "in the now". Everything slows down, except my actual speed 🤙. ‪@elitewheelscycles‬ "SickBiker" code to get them even cheaper.

Last XC race of 2024 season in two days. The previous race went very well and I never thought I could perform so much better with less training. Hopping on my trainer for some intervals in a minute... #indoorcycling

Factory - installed tubeless tape on a $700 wheelset and $2500 wheelset. Which one is the budget one?

Same tire in 2.25 and 2.35 size. 75 grams difference, which makes it 150 g for a set. I'm going for 2.35 at the front and 2.25 for the rear. I started damaging Aspen tires, as I'm riding more and aggressively. For those building lightest bikes possible - 2.1 wide tires will save you up to 0.5 kg of weight.
