Hello! My name is Solomon Feinstein and I am a Geologist & Science Teacher that seeks to inspire people to get outside and learn about the world around them! Welcome to my channel :)
I make documentaries on science & geology, and film my outdoor adventures, including rockhounding, hiking, and so much more!
I have a B.S. in Geology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). I did a year of Grad School at University of Nevada, Reno (UNR), but withdrew from my PhD program because I realized that my passion lies in teaching, making science more accessible to all, and science communication rather than in academia.
I am now a full-time Middle School Science Teacher in Henderson, Nevada, and a graduate student at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), pursuing a Master’s Degree in Secondary Science Education.
