Old Nordic tales are played back from The Långnatt Tapes — a fictional archive of field recordings made in 1962 by Swedish
folklorist Hedvig Lindquist, rediscovered decades later by an unnamed archivist.
Each episode is a slow, quiet journey through forests, frozen rivers, churchyards, mountain roads, and sleeping villages,
drawing from folklore such as skogsrå, näcken, mylingar, bäckahäst, draugen, kyrkogrim, vittra, and pesta.
No jump scares. No sudden noise. Just atmospheric folk horror for late nights, low lights, and sleep.
