Living every day to the fullest involves being intentional about what you do in your day. You have to have an idea of what kinds of thoughts, feelings, and actions you want to be a regular part of your life. It might require you to sit down with yourself and reflect on the things that you want to do more of. You might also have to think of the things you want to do less of.
Through quiet reflection you can come to some conclusions about the things that are most meaningful to you.
Over time, the stuff that makes you feel like you’re living your life to its fullest may change and that’s fine.
As long as you’re continually striving to make the most of your time.
