Hey everyone! So quick update on, well, a lot of things.

First of all, the big one. I'm girl now! Yep! Transitioning and all that. I'm choosing to go by the name "Jenny" now! Admittedly, I came out on my Tumblr about a month and a half ago, so to some this isn't big news, but I figured that there might be people who don't follow my other socials. A couple of my recent published mashups are sort of "coming out" songs of sorts, and the "Broken Joysticks" video was essentially a softlaunch lmao. Anyway, very happy to be out! I'm probably going to rebrand everything soon, I just need to get a new Youtube banner made. I also have a remake of Remix 200 [insert all those adjectives] called Remix 30 that is essentially a new version of my stream intro. The only thing keeping me from posting it here, is I want it posted with the video, and I gotta work on any of the rebrand stuff for that.

Second, mashups. I actually have a LOT of them in the backlog that I posted on Tumblr, but I never posted here, mostly because video editing is tedious and I don't like doing it if I don't have to (you can follow me on tumblr at chongoblog btww). I've been thinking about just posting some of my backlog hits on here, either as a miscellaneous compilation album, as individual uploads, or both! These won't initially have much by way of video (similar to how my most recent mashups have been), but if there's one that I like enough, I might make a separate upload with a music video.

Finally, the future. What are my plans for upcoming big stuff? I have a few big ideas. Nothing I'm ready to announce yet, but I know I'm currently working on a couple pretty big mashups, an idea for a small album that I've had rattling around for over a year now, I have some Thoughts about how I'm gonna handle Lakitu's Mixtape Volume 2 (Mario Kart World definitely gave it a second wind, dear god), and much more, including stuff outside of mashups and music in general! Again, this is all super vague, just because I'd hate to announce something only to never deliver on it, and right now I'm putting a lot of focus on, well, being Jenny.

Happy to put on your second preview track for the upcoming Lakitu's Mixtape (and third if you count the 8 Deluxe Remix)! This one is called "wah.wav"!

In its current state, there are about 45 songs that are at least partially complete, and I hope to add to that number! I currently do not have a solid release date for this album yet, but I'm setting a goal for May 29. It's not a firm release date and is absolutely subject to change, so don't be surprised if it jumps around. Just want to give you all an idea of vaguely when I expect to be done.

I'm incredibly excited for this one, and I hope you all are too!
