Melody studio Belagavi

Hi everyone 🤗,

After the grand success of our 6th event on the 26th of November, we have decided to have our next event on the 21st of January, 2024 in Belgaum.

Note-
1. We will have equal number of male and female singers.
2. Number of participants will be registered on first come first serve basis and will be restricted to 20 males and 20 females in order to accommodate equal no of songs.
3.Number of songs- every participant will be allotted three duets or one solo and one duet, option is left with participants..
4. However the final allocation of songs will be based on availability of partners and that decision will be taken by the admins.
5. Last date for payment will be on the 20th of December, 2023.
6. No reservation for participants, unless payments are made.. confirmation is only subject to payment..pls co-operate.
7. Refund of amount- if anyone wants to withdraw for any reason, we should be intimated atleast 15 days before the event for refund. There will be no refund after that.
8. We collect Rs 1000/- for participants n Rs 500/- for the guests . Phone pe no- 9448163120 (Mahananda. R)
9. If someone wants to bring guests, we should be informed earlier in order to inform the caterers.
