( Chapter one)
A jurist,A British Lord who had never been to Colonial India nor he had any knowledge of pros and cons,ups and downs and the ground realities of the diverse Indian society was appointed as the Chairman of the Punjab boundary commission by the last viceroy of India Sir Lord Mountbatten being a close associate of him. He was Lord Radcliffe a renowned British political figure too.The boundaries between Indian and Pakistani Punjab were being drawn with the wills and wishes of the land surveyors as per the directions of the Mr. Radcliffe who was being briefed in detail by his newly engaged associates from the Indian national Congress.
This boundary commission consisted of five members . Two from All Indian national Congress and two from the All India Muslim league. Mr. Radcliffe was the chairman of the commission.
Mr. Maharchand Mahagan was a Jurist from India belonging to the Hindu community. Later in his life he enjoyed as the Prime Minister of Kashmir during the Maharaj Hari Singh era and also enjoyed to be the third chief justice of the supreme court of India in later years. He played a key role in merger of Kashmir state with India when he was the Prime Minister of Kashmir.
On the other side Mr. Justice Munir Malik was the most active and influential member of the commission representing the All India Muslim league. Who later created a history in the Moulvi Tameez ud Din case. He also enjoyed the perks and privileges as the chief justice of the supreme court of Pakistan then called the Federal court in 50s.
In 1970 a renowned and good reputed Indian journalist Mr.Kuldeep Nair interviewed Mr.Radcliffe about the Punjab boundary commission and the claimed unjustified advantages given to India during the demarcating the borders between Indian and Pakistani Punjab. Mr.Radcliffe said I was doing what I was being directed to do. At one stage I had decided to allot Lahore to India too but next morning I changed my mind because I already had allotted Calcutta to India and in such case Pakistan was going to be left with no big city so I dropped that idea.

It's a cloaked and we'll protected stigma of our history.In this picture on the left is the freedom fighter from East Punjab Bhaghat Singh who was later captured and hanged by the British colonial masters.
No magistrate of any religion wanted to be there in the gallows at the time of execution as required by law.
Finally a shoe shiner an honorary magistrate unfortunately a Muslim Nawab Muhammad Ahmad Raza kasuri bowed at attended that execution with pride and honour.
After about 40 years he was murdered by some unknown shooters in Punjab Pakistan.
Mr. Z A Bhutto was accused of his murder and hanged in 1979.
There is a famous quotation which says" He who lives by a sword dies by a sword".

THE HAUNTED POLITICS
When Mr. Bhutto was finally arrested and persecuted later in 1979,Miss. Benazir Bhutto after a series of failed applications to the then President of Pakistan Zia ul Haq finally managed to obtain permission for "MEDICAL TREATMENT ABROAD and fled to UK via very next available flight. She returned back in 1986 after the installation of the government of Mr. Muhammad Khan Junejo.
When the president Zia died in an air rash along with his top level colleagues and aides in 1988, Mrs Banazir Bhutto was installed as the PRIME MINISTER of Pakistan after striking a deal with the then establishment.This unholy matrimony didn't last long because her husband was allegedly using his influence to get richer and richer. He was being accused of using his influence illegally.
So her government along with the parliament was dissolved by the then President of Pakistan Ghulam Ishaq Khan under section 58(2)b of the constitution.This section came into existence as a result of the 8th constitutional amendment of 1985-86 which was also used to sack the parliament and government of Mr.Muhammad Khan Junejo in May,1988 by the president Zia of that era.
Similarly and ironically the government of Mr. Nawaz sharif had to listen to the song orchestrated by the wrath of 58(2)b for which his parent political party,the king's party PMLJ had vouched forThe letter J stands for Junejo who was an upright leader, Prime minister of Pakistan from 1985 to 1988 and co_inventor of the dead horse of Pakistan Muslim league in 1985 according to the directions of the then establishment.
In the late 90s Mst Banazir Bhutto secretly wrote a letter to the influential A
American politicians to save her skin and her political career which was anyhow leaked and got published in the daily English newspaper THE NATION in Pakistan on 4.11.1997. kindly read it.Re_read it and draw your own conclusion.

When we reached that phase of life where we had become able to read and write independently, we read numerous times in newspapers and in various books and journals.
When the era of television kicked in, in 70,s we saw and heard hired and paid journalists,scholars and politicians claiming that as the first Governor General of Pakistan Mr.Muhammad Ali Jinnah received just 1 Rupee as his monthly renumeration as the newly born Pakistan was in the economical turmoil.
Whereas no such claim or declaration ever surfaced from Mr. Muhammad Ali Jinnah till he breathed his last. This Suger coated lie still floats and mentioned in the debates and political rallies.
So we can assess easily that how does our media operate to generate blatant lies and false narratives and this dirty trick has reached its zeniths in the present age.This false,fake and phony narrative succeeded to create such generations who were devoid of independent thinking, independent opinion and independent political ideology. Resultantly we still are stationed there from we began our journey.Back to square one.
