RAVENNA’S INTRODUCTION
Ravenna - Izumi's Mentor

Ravenna is a former top-tier villain who once operated under the direct orders of All For One. With her cold, calculating nature and a powerful quirk, she was feared as a master of infiltration. However, her disillusionment with All For One's methods and her growing doubts about the true meaning of justice and heroism led her to quietly sever ties with him.

Appearance:
Ravenna’s presence is as striking as it is ominous. She has long, jet-black hair with white streaks often tied back, piercing amber eyes that burn with intensity and wisdom. She wears a combat-ready outfit designed for agility and stealth, marked by a minimalist, practical design that avoids unnecessary ornamentation (other outfit option: Dark, tactical attire with feather-like accents, resembling a raven’s silhouette) Scars along her arms and collarbone speak of a life hard-lived, adding a layer of grit to her aura.

Quirk: Umbraforge
Ravenna’s quirk allows her to manipulate and solidify shadows into tangible forms. She can forge weapons, shields, or even animate shadow creatures to fight alongside her. The more shadows present, the greater her power, making her exceptionally dangerous at night or in dark environments. However, extended use drains her stamina, leaving her vulnerable in prolonged battles.

Personality:
Ravenna is a pragmatic and emotionally guarded individual. She carries a quiet intensity, always observing and analyzing, but beneath her hardened exterior lies a deep well of guilt and regret. She despises hero society for its hypocrisy but rejects All For One’s chaotic vision of destruction. She believes in change through calculated action and views Izumi as her second chance to create the world she once dreamed of—a world free from the lies of both heroes and villains.

Backstory and Role in Izumi’s Life:
Ravenna’s path crossed with Izumi’s during the aftermath of the tragic accident that claimed Inko’s life. Acting under All For One’s orders to recruit potential assets, she discovered the injured, broken girl amidst the wreckage. At first, Izumi was nothing more than a potential pawn in Ravenna’s eyes, but the girl’s sharp intellect, resilience, and raw determination to survive quickly earned her respect.

Taking Izumi under her wing, Ravenna became her mentor, teaching her the skills necessary to survive in the shadows of society. She trained Izumi in combat, strategy, and the art of manipulation, but more importantly, she instilled in her philosophy: to never blindly follow anyone but to carve her own path.

Ravenna’s own disillusionment with All For One deepened as she bonded with Izumi. Realizing the girl’s potential, she began to keep her hidden from All For One’s gaze, afraid that he would corrupt or exploit her. However, the growing divide in their ideals eventually led to their split—Ravenna seeing the hero society as the enemy, while Izumi grew to believe that the entire system, including villains, needed to be dismantled

Ravenna’s Present Day:
Ravenna remains in the shadows, operating independently of both heroes and villains. She still keeps tabs on Izumi, watching from afar with a mix of pride and concern. She fears that Izumi’s path will lead her directly into All For One’s clutches, but she also knows that the girl she trained is capable of resisting him.

When Izumi eventually crosses paths with All For One, Ravenna may be forced out of hiding, faced with a difficult choice: to confront the past she’s been running from or to let Izumi fight her own battles.

Izumi's Intro: Short Backstory Intro and Future Goal

Once a hopeful child, Izumi Midoriya’s life was forever altered by a tragic accident that claimed the life of her mother, Inko Midoriya. Quirkless and already an outsider in a world that revered power, Izumi's loss of her mother was the breaking point. The aftermath of that devastating day left her physically scarred—one eye, once a vibrant green, now a haunting red—and mentally shattered, with no place to turn.

Abandoned by society’s heroes, whom she believed had failed her family, Izumi’s pain twisted into something darker. She fell into the hands of a villainous mentor, Ravenna, who showed her a world where power, not ideals, held meaning. Under Ravenna’s guidance, Izumi learned to channel her intellect and cunning to dismantle the hero society she once admired. She became Deku, a name once used to mock her, now a symbol of her vengeance and the person she could never truly escape.

Izumi's goals are clear: tear down the corrupt hero system and expose the government's lies
