Did you know that water, table sugar, and salt in the right ratios make for an excellent endurance training fuel? Just mix 16 oz water, 4 tbsp of sugar (200 calories) and 1/4 teaspoon salt (500mg sodium). Add a little bit of Kool-Aid, lemon juice, or other flavoring. See the attached video for complete details.
