As ‪@TimeoftheEndless‬ suggested, I started watching Barry. I just finished Season 1, and it was really great!
With 30-minute episodes and only 8 episodes per season, it’s short and highly recommended even for Japanese people who don’t usually watch a lot of American TV shows!
My personal favorite scenes were when Barry yells at the acting class members, the scene where he delivers the news of the queen’s death, and the final moments of Season 1 — they really left an impression.
By the way, I finally finished Volume 3 of The Count of Monte Cristo. I’m really looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds in the remaining two volumes!

‪@TimeoftheEndless‬ の提案通り、バリーを見始めました。シーズン1を見終わったんですが、非常に面白かったです。1話30分1シーズン8話と短く、海外ドラマをあまり観ない日本人にもオススメです！
個人的にはバリーが演劇クラスの面々に対して怒鳴るシーン、女王の死を告げる演技シーン、シーズン1最後の一幕が印象的でした。

因みに、モンテクリスト伯の第3巻をやっと読み終えました。残り2巻でどう展開されるのか、非常に楽しみです！

The Plan to Outsmart the Resurrection Crusade and Nergal, While Even Maintaining the Balance Between Good and Evil:

Nergal, believing that Zed is the woman referred to in the prophecy inscribed on a stone that emerged from the depths of hell (which states that a child with purifying powers will be born from a human woman through the union of nature and the supernatural), plots to eliminate Zed in order to prevent the balance between good and evil from tipping in favor of good → John, having accepted this request, seduces Zed and leads her into having one final sexual encounter → By having sex with John, who has been infused with demonic blood, Zed’s body becomes defiled, causing angels to avoid her and ensuring that the child of God is not born (John is fully aware that this will torment Zed. Therefore, after the sex, he leaves the sleeping Zed behind immediately to avoid changing his mind) + At this point, Constantine realizes that Nergal had revived him by transfusing his own blood precisely because he knew Constantine couldn’t kill Zed → Through the sequence of events up to this point, the Resurrection Crusade is destroyed, but conversely, Nergal and his forces end up gaining more power → To prevent this, Constantine contemplates fulfilling the prophecy through some other neutral means, aiming to restore the balance between good and evil to an even state → Constantine, who had sensed the presence of Swamp Thing pursuing him precisely because of this balance issue, uses a memory sigil on himself to conceal the fact of the demonic blood → This is because he predicted that Swamp Thing was devising the following plan to maintain the balance between good and evil → That plan involves possessing Constantine’s body and using it to have sex with Abby (Swamp Thing’s lover), thereby impregnating her and preserving the balance (The child born between the elemental Swamp Thing and the human Abby would be exactly the union of the supernatural and nature, matching the prophecy) → Under the current circumstances, Constantine predicts that Swamp Thing is devising such a plan, and thus uses the memory sigil to hide the fact of the demonic blood (in order to fulfill the prophecy) → Furthermore, when confronting Swamp Thing, Constantine desperately claims “I have a plan” and allows his body to be possessed without resistance, leading Swamp Thing to believe that Constantine is trying to deceive him again with one of his signature schemes = that Constantine has no real strategy → One might think that the child would also be tainted by the demonic blood, but the prophecy’s wording itself is upheld, and in reality, the balance is maintained just as Constantine predicted → As a result, by deceiving Zed and Swamp Thing, he defeats the Resurrection Crusade, fulfills the prophecy to preserve the balance between good and evil, and nullifies Nergal’s achievements (All of this is accomplished within the time constraints of the demonic contract and the end of the world + Even if Nergal notices John’s plan, he understands that the current Nergal cannot defeat Swamp Thing, so he cannot interfere midway)

地獄の底から湧き出た石に書かれた予言(自然と超自然の結びつきにより、人間の女から浄化の力を持った子が産まれるというもの)の女がゼッドであると考えるネルガルは、善と悪の均衡を善優勢で覆されないようゼッドの排除を思案→この依頼を受けたジョンは、ゼッドを誘惑し、最後のSEXをするように誘導する→悪魔の血を入れられたジョンとSEXしたことで、ゼッドの体は穢され、天使はゼッドを避けるようになり、神の子は産まれなくなる(ジョンはゼッドを苦しめることを承知の上。故にSEXの後、気を変えないためにも眠ったゼッドを置いてすぐにその場を立ち去る)＋この時、コンスタンティンがゼッドのことを殺せないと分かっていたからこそ、ネルガルが自身の血を自分に輸血し復活させたのだと理解→上記までの流れにより、復活の十字軍は破滅するが、逆にネルガル達が勢力を伸ばしてしまう→これを防ぐために、コンスタンティンは予言を何か別の中立的な何かで成就させ、善と悪のバランスの均衡を再びイーブンにしようと思案する→丁度この均衡の問題で自分のことを追っているスワンプ・シングの存在を感知していたコンスタンティンは、自身に記憶のシジルを用いて悪魔の血のことを隠蔽する→というのも、スワンプ・シングが善悪のバランスを保つために、以下のような計画を建てていると予測したから→その計画とは、コンスタンティンの体を乗っ取り、その体を使ってアビー(スワンプ・シングの恋人)とSEXすることで子供を宿し、均衡を保つ(エレメンタルであるスワンプシングと人間であるアビーの間に出来る子は、まさに超自然と自然の子であり、予言と合致する)というもの→コンスタンティンは現在の状況下から、スワンプ・シングがそういう計画を建てていることを予測し、記憶のシジルを用いて悪魔の血の事実を隠したのであった(予言を成就させるために)→また、スワンプ・シングと対面した際、苦し紛れに"計画がある"と言いあっけなく体を乗っ取らせることで、コンスタンティンはまた私をお得意の計画で騙そうとしていた＝コンスタンティンには何の策もないとスワンプ・シングに思い込ませる→悪魔の血でその子供も穢れているのでは？とも思われるが、予言の字面自体は守っているし、実際コンスタンティンの予測通りバランスは保たれた→結果として、ゼッドとスワンプ・シングを騙すことで復活の十字軍を倒し、予言も成就させることで善悪のバランスを保ち、ネルガルの武勲をも帳消しにした(これを悪魔の契約及び世界の終わりという時間制限の中で行う＋例えネルガルがジョンの計画に気づいても、現在のネルガルはスワンプ・シングに勝てないので、途中で邪魔することは出来ないということを理解)
