I did my first Arts & Crafts livestream today. I may have dyed my hands purple 😅

The Arts and Crafts streams are a gentle hang out space for relaxation or ambience. A kind of art therapy session where I will be doing different things.

This is to go along side the regular ASMR Reiki sessions and the new metaphysics videos for those wanting a deeper dive into energy work, manifesting and understanding mysteries.

The lives will be uploaded and available to watch anytime so don’t worry about missing out.

This is a community for relaxation seekers. Please be respectful, sometimes answers are around the corner, sometimes there are no definite answers and you are being invited to the mystery.

Allowing your brain to process information and to think for yourself is a great freedom that can actually help relieve stress and help with anxiety.

This is what makes puzzles and games so popular - it’s an escape from the everyday monotony.

And it’s the same theory behind the channel. An opportunity to step outside of the usual narrative and explore different perspectives.
