May the Queen of Sinhala Cinema Rest in peace...
I saddly regret today that I could not share a cherished moment with her.
I firstly saw her only at a Raigam Teles event, but I am fortunate to say that I spoke to her personally a few months ago when she was ill...
She listened calmly to what I said, then she spoke up and said that due to her illness she could not attend the program I had invited her to... I never thought that would be the last time I would talk to her...
However, although she has left us today, her name and all that she did and said will live on forever in the hearts of all Sri Lankans as long as she remains on this earth...
May the Queen rest in peace.❤️
