Telekinesis update (so random but here it is🤭)

I CAN MOVE TIN FOIL WITH BARELY ANY AIR FORCE ITS GOING SO WELL!! I have mostly practiced for about 3 days and today (I am technically not a beginner bc I started practicing for some years ago but it wasn’t much practice cuz I practiced js a little bit + randomly)! Now I am really into tk again and I have found ways to do it easily now so I will do it more often.


Tips for y’all:

I found tips on doing tk on TikTok and here on YouTube. Btw it’s good to find your own ways/tips on doing tk (that comes with experience). A YouTube channel that I recommend for guiding on Telekinesis is ‪@GuideOfLimitlessTruth‬ ! Some notes I took while watching their channel are:

- feel connected with your environment (not only the object you are moving) (you don’t need to think about being connected - just feel it)
- live in the present moment
- feel everything around the object move with as you move the object
- feel how you feel when you get motivated/inspired to do tk when you’re doing tk

Disclaimer: that is how I interpreted two of their videos and it worked for me, but remember that everybody’s journeys are never identical but they can be somewhat similar!
