Room 312 isn’t just a room—it’s the weight in your chest after a shift. The moment you can’t unsee. The silence you still hear.
I’m Naevy B. Adi — The Nurse and Creator of Room 312.
I’m building a Nurse-led approach to Narrative Medicine —That means I take the real, often-overlooked moments from patient care and turn them into stories that teach empathy, sharpen clinical awareness, and honor the human side of healthcare. My lens is shaped by years at the bedside, my lived experience as a neurodivergent nurse, and a commitment to making sure every story gets heard—not just the ones that fit neatly into the chart. I’m making narrative medicine accessible outside academic halls, where it can spark empathy, awareness, and change.

Room 312
Hi Friends- 🩺
We’ve had a quiet hallway for a bit, but I’m back making my rounds.
Room 312 shorts are back in rotation, with longer videos that stay in your head like a patient you’ll never forget. Stay tuned.
Glad you’re still here. 💛

Room 312
Y’all… the way Room 312 is starting to get seen 🩻
Thank you for every like, comment, share, and even the silent scroll-bys.
This whole thing started as a way to put words to the moments we carry after a shift… and seeing it reach people means more than I can explain.
More posts coming soon.
More charts… more stories… more of what the paperwork didn’t say.
If you’ve ever felt any of these videos in your chest… thanks for being here.

Room 312
Thank you to everyone watching these. Honestly, this page started as a way for me to process the moments I still carry as a nurse. If you’ve ever left a shift with one patient’s face stuck in your mind… this space is for you too. 💛🩻

Room 312
Thank you for watching, liking, and sharing these videos.
These aren’t easy stories.
They weren’t comfortable to witness at the bedside—
And they won’t be comfortable to watch here.
But that’s the point.
Healthcare has a long history of overlooking certain voices:
The misunderstood.
The underserved.
The patients labeled “difficult,” “noncompliant,” or “too much.”
This space—Room 312… Room to feel… all of it—
Was built for them.
But it’s also for every staff member who crosses their path:
Nurses… doctors… techs… therapists… chaplains… dietary staff… PT… OT… case managers… social workers…
All of us who walk into their room…
Often with good intentions—
But not always with the tools to respond…
Or the full picture of what they’re carrying beneath the chart.
Room to feel exists for both sides of the story.
The patient living it…
And the staff trying to help—sometimes without enough guidance on how.
Thank you for being part of this community that’s willing to sit with the uncomfortable…
And willing to look closer.
If you haven’t yet—please like, comment, share, and subscribe.
More stories are coming.
More moments we need to stop ignoring. 🩺

Room 312
Thank you for all the views and love on the Room 312 Shorts 🩻
These stories clearly hit home for a lot of us.
If you’ve been watching—make sure to like, comment, and subscribe. I’m just getting started—and we’ve got a lot to uncover together.
I’ll be posting long-form videos soon that go deeper into:
– What these issues are and why they matter
– The common mistakes we make as providers
– Tangible ways to do better
– And what patients actually want from us—whether they say it or not
True stories. Tangible tips. No fluff.
This is for nurses, techs, aides, providers—anyone in direct care who’s ever left a room and carried it with them.
More soon. 💛

Room 312
Not every chart tells the story.
That’s what Room 312 is for.
This isn’t a place for protocols.
It’s for the moments you carried home in your chest.
For the patient who changed you quietly.
For the shift that still shows up in your dreams.
Room to Feel™ is nurse-led narrative medicine.
Built on what the chart didn’t say.
Held together by the weight we’re not supposed to talk about—but still feel.
If you’ve ever stayed in the room a little longer than you had to,
If you’ve ever walked out—but never really left,
This space is for you.
🩻 New stories every week.
🧠 And maybe, finally, a place to feel them.
