गुरुग्राम NH-48 पर बड़ा Infrastructure Boost 🚨 | Ambience Mall–Cyber City Flyover & Underpass को NHAI मंजूरी
गुरुग्राम के Delhi–Jaipur Highway (NH-48) पर आने वाले समय में traffic movement को बड़ी राहत मिलने वाली है। NHAI ने Ambience Mall से DLF Cyber City तक proposed flyover और Moulsari Avenue से Delhi की ओर underpass को मंजूरी दी है।
पहले phase में करीब 800 मीटर का flyover Ambience Mall को Cyber City से जोड़ेगा और इसके लिए लगभग 32 pillars प्रस्तावित हैं। दूसरे phase में करीब 750 मीटर लंबा underpass Delhi-bound traffic को Shankar Chowk और अन्य busy junctions से बचाते हुए आगे बढ़ने में मदद करेगा।
इस project का सबसे बड़ा फायदा traffic decongestion और smoother connectivity होगा। Cyber City, DLF Phase-3, Nathupur, Sikanderpur और आसपास के commercial hubs तक आने-जाने वाले commuters को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।

दिल्ली-Meerut Namo Bharat का ऋषिकेश तक विस्तार! Uttarakhand में Connectivity का नया Chapter 🚆
दिल्ली-NCR से उत्तराखंड जाने वाले यात्रियों के लिए Namo Bharat RRTS को लेकर बड़ा अपडेट सामने आया है। दिल्ली-गाजियाबाद-मेरठ कॉरिडोर को आगे मुजफ्फरनगर, रुड़की, हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश तक बढ़ाने की योजना पर काम तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है।
प्रस्तावित Meerut–Haridwar–Rishikesh corridor करीब 150 KM का बताया जा रहा है, जिसमें लगभग 72 KM हिस्सा उत्तर प्रदेश और 78 KM उत्तराखंड में होगा। DPR और alignment से जुड़ी प्रक्रिया भी आगे बढ़ रही है।
इस connectivity का सबसे बड़ा फायदा सिर्फ यात्रियों को नहीं, बल्कि tourism, pilgrimage, business, logistics और local economic activity को भी मिल सकता है। Muzaffarnagar जैसे शहरों के लिए बेहतर regional connectivity नए commercial और real-estate opportunities को support कर सकती है।

दिल्ली में 8 KM Elevated Corridor! मुंडका–पीरागढ़ी से UER-2 तक बदलेगी West Delhi की Connectivity 🚧
पश्चिमी दिल्ली के लिए infrastructure की एक बड़ी खबर सामने आई है। मुंडका से पीरागढ़ी के बीच करीब 8 KM लंबे Elevated Corridor की योजना तैयार की जा रही है, जिसका उद्देश्य New Rohtak Road पर भारी वाहनों का दबाव कम करना है। प्रस्तावित corridor को Urban Extension Road-2 (UER-2) से जोड़ने की भी योजना है।
इससे Haryana से आने वाले heavy commercial vehicles को bypass route मिल सकता है और Peeragarhi, Nangloi, Rajdhani Park और Mundka जैसे busy areas में traffic pressure कम करने में मदद मिल सकती है। Corridor को railway line के समानांतर विकसित करने पर विचार किया जा रहा है और इसके लिए Railway से in-principle NOC की प्रक्रिया चल रही है।
इस connectivity का असर Dwarka, IGI Airport और Outer/North Delhi की तरफ जाने वाले traffic movement पर भी पड़ सकता है। साथ ही New Rohtak Road को signal-free बनाने की DPR पर भी काम चल रहा है।
Real Estate perspective से भी यह development West Delhi और आसपास के micro-markets के लिए important infrastructure trigger बन सकता है—हालांकि project अभी proposal/approval stage में है, इसलिए final alignment, cost और construction timeline का इंतजार जरूरी है।

नोएडा स्पोर्ट्स सिटी: 800 एकड़ के प्रोजेक्ट को मिला नया प्लान, 20,000+ होमबायर्स के लिए बड़ी अपडेट
नोएडा स्पोर्ट्स सिटी प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर एक बड़ी अपडेट सामने आई है। नोएडा अथॉरिटी ने लंबे समय से अटके Sports City projects के revised layout plans जारी कर दिए हैं और जनता से 15 दिनों के भीतर objections एवं suggestions मांगे हैं।
करीब 800 एकड़ में फैले इस प्रोजेक्ट के revised plans में लगभग 70% जमीन sports infrastructure के लिए प्रस्तावित है। इसमें क्रिकेट स्टेडियम, गोल्फ कोर्स, टेनिस सेंटर, swimming centre और indoor multi-purpose sports facilities जैसी सुविधाएं शामिल हैं।
Logix Infra ने Sector 150, 3C Green ने Sector 78-79 और ATS Homes ने Sector 152 के revised layouts जमा किए हैं। Final approval के बाद eligible projects में OC, registry और अन्य approvals की प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ सकती है, जिससे हजारों homebuyers को राहत मिल सकती है।
Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Metro/Aqua Line, Namo Bharat और प्रस्तावित Delhi-Varanasi Bullet Train connectivity के कारण यह location infrastructure perspective से भी महत्वपूर्ण बनी हुई है। हालांकि proposed transport links की final alignment/approval को अलग-अलग verify करना जरूरी है।

दिल्ली-NCR में घर खरीदना लगातार महंगा हो रहा है! Q3 2026 में NCR की Residential Property Prices में 12% सालाना बढ़ोतरी दर्ज हुई, जो देश के 7 प्रमुख शहरों में सबसे ज्यादा रही। वहीं NCR में करीब 13,765 घरों की बिक्री हुई—पिछले साल की समान तिमाही से 1% कम, लेकिन पिछली तिमाही के मुकाबले 3% ज्यादा।
इस trend के पीछे कई factors नजर आते हैं—बेहतर connectivity, infrastructure development, premium housing की बढ़ती हिस्सेदारी और कुछ locations में limited new supply. Q3 2026 में NCR में करीब 10,900 नए residential units launch हुए, जो सालाना आधार पर 14% कम हैं। साथ ही, NCR में नए launches का 34% से ज्यादा हिस्सा ₹2.5 करोड़ से ऊपर की कीमत वाले homes का था।
पूरे top-7 cities market में करीब 1,00,220 homes sold हुए और average residential prices 7% बढ़ीं। इससे साफ है कि housing demand बनी हुई है, लेकिन buyers अब location, connectivity, amenities और project quality को ज्यादा महत्व दे रहे हैं।
Delhi-NCR में festive season के दौरान demand कैसी रहती है और prices का अगला trend क्या होगा, यह देखने वाली बात होगी। Higher prices के बीच buyers के लिए proper location, legal verification और project comparison पहले से ज्यादा important हो गया है।

गाजियाबाद हरनंदीपुरम आवासीय योजना: RERA नंबर मिलते ही अक्टूबर में लॉन्च होगा पहला फेज, 2000 प्लॉट की तैयारी
गाजियाबाद की महत्वाकांक्षी हरनंदीपुरम आवासीय योजना को लेकर बड़ी Real Estate Update सामने आई है। GDA ने पहले फेज का लेआउट पास करने के बाद अब RERA registration के लिए आवेदन कर दिया है। अधिकारियों के अनुसार करीब 10 दिनों में RERA नंबर जारी हो सकता है, जिसके बाद अक्टूबर में पहले फेज की लॉन्चिंग की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।
पहला फेज करीब 49 हेक्टेयर में विकसित किया जाएगा और इसमें लगभग 2,000 residential plots की योजना है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार यहां Golf Course सहित कई आधुनिक सुविधाएं विकसित करने की तैयारी है।
हरनंदीपुरम को आगे चलकर करीब 500 हेक्टेयर में विकसित करने की योजना है। GDA के पास 150 हेक्टेयर से ज्यादा जमीन उपलब्ध हो चुकी है, जबकि 200 हेक्टेयर से ज्यादा जमीन के लिए सहमति मिल चुकी है। दूसरे फेज के लिए भी करीब 50 हेक्टेयर में विकास की तैयारी बताई गई है।
Ghaziabad के expanding residential market में यह project आने वाले समय में एक महत्वपूर्ण development बन सकता है।

नोएडा में Public Transport को मजबूत करने के लिए बड़ा अपडेट सामने आया है। नोएडा प्राधिकरण 10 नई ई-सिटी बसें चार नए रूटों पर चलाने की तैयारी में है। इन रूटों से नोएडा के अंदरूनी सेक्टरों के साथ Greater Noida और Yamuna Expressway क्षेत्र की connectivity बेहतर होगी।
पहला रूट Sector-137 से Sector-12/22 तक होगा, जिसमें Sector-142, Botanical Garden, Sector-37, Sector-27, Sector-10 और कई प्रमुख locations शामिल हैं। दूसरा रूट Botanical Garden से Ek Murti तक जाएगा, जबकि तीसरे रूट में Botanical Garden से Mirzapur Cut होते हुए Yamuna Expressway की ओर connectivity बढ़ेगी।
चौथे रूट पर Botanical Garden से Pari Chowk तक बस सेवा प्रस्तावित है, जो Sector-94, Amity University, Sector-125, Sector-126, Sector-127, JP Hospital, Sector-132, 135, 150 और Knowledge Park-2 जैसे क्षेत्रों को जोड़ेगी।
अभी Noida में 60, Greater Noida में 50 और YEIDA क्षेत्र में 25 बसें चल रही हैं। नई बसों से daily commuting और public transport accessibility को बढ़ावा मिल सकता है।
