Pohon-Pohon Seho (Sugar Palm Trees or scientifically known as Arenga Pinata) surrounding this place called TU'UR MA'ASERING. Pohon Seho is a resourceful tree for my people, Tou Minahasa, since the ancient days. God is good to our land for giving us this tree in abundance. We just need to make use of it. My grandfather, opa Abraham Lelengboto , made Saguer and all sorts of other stuff from this tree...

TU'UR MA'ASERING is in Rurukan, which is around the area of Tomohon (my birth place, that belongs to my mother's tribe the Tombulu people). The trip there is like entering into a vortex of narrow windy roads surrounded by thick bush. It gives you an eerie other-worldly feel. But it's worth it. I ate the yummiest nasi goreng village style, very spicy. Eat it while drinking Saguer. Raaah... Delish. Enjoy.BMYkzi99nl/

live gunung lokon sore hari at homestay family kinilow raya tourism city tomohon...still lots of smoke come out from crater mount lokon we name it tompaluan and actualy at this my homestay mybe just 3-4 km from crater tompaluan....good day be blessed
