Severe flooding in Assam left multiple villages completely cut off, with families stranded for days and no safe access for relief teams. Rising water levels, submerged roads, and strong currents made conventional rescue operations slow, risky, and in many cases impossible.

To support the response effort, we deployed our drones to conduct rapid aerial assessments and deliver essential supplies across inaccessible flood zones. High-resolution visuals helped locate stranded households, identify safe drop points, and guide planning for on-ground teams. Our payload-dropping drones transported food, water, and medicines to isolated families where neither vehicles nor boats could operate safely.

By replacing dangerous ground movement with safe, contactless aerial delivery, we reached over a thousand individuals when access routes were completely blocked. The ability to operate continuously across shifting water patterns ensured that relief could be delivered quickly and precisely where it was needed most.

Demonstrating how drone-enabled interventions can strengthen disaster response when traditional methods reach their limits.

RTK delivers real-time positional corrections, making it suitable for time-sensitive surveys where teams benefit from immediate accuracy validation. However, it relies on a stable network or base-station link, which may not always be available in challenging or remote terrains.

PPK overcomes this limitation by applying corrections during post-processing, offering stronger resilience in environments with signal interruptions and ensuring uniform accuracy across the dataset.
