Here is my character post for our annual Secret Santa!!

The character I’m entering is a side character in my story, but I love her so much!

Her name is Linnea (last name undecided) and she is a creature called a Shifter. All that means is that she is a shapeshifter (into animals or other people) and has big, slightly pointed ears. She is actually sort of a princess (daughter of the chief of her village). She is around 17 years old, short and stocky, with long, thick auburn hair typically in a big braid. She has skin on the paler side, and usually wears simple dresses ideal for life in the forest where she lives. I’m not sure what her culture’s formal wear would look like, but if you wanted to draw her in a more “princessy” outfit, it would be something like traditional Israeli or Norwegian formal dress, but like, more forest-suited/styled. But like, that’s only if you’re into drawing clothes, just options.

Random personality stuff: she’s an ISTJ, and is highly self-conscious about everything she does. This leads to her biggest problem: she uses her shape shifting abilities to change her appearance to be more “pretty” since she believes she isn’t. This is super taboo in her culture, since your gift for shape shifting shouldn’t be used to change you into someone God didn’t make you to be. She is super responsible and very high-strung, often quiet and a girl of few words (due to some issues with her dad). Ok that was such an info dump 🤣

Included is an old, rough sketch of her. It’s a weird pose and her proportions are off, but there ya go!

Hello all!! 👋

I really want to get videos out, but I’ve just got a lot going on and I’m bad with time management! 😅😂
I finally found the time to film the first episode of RiME today, but my voice audio didn’t record properly so it was all for not 😢🫠
I’m bummed that yall won’t get my first reaction, but hey, that’s ok. I’ll try my best to re-film and re-describe it as I play through the beginning again!

Also, 50 sub bookshelf tour is coming for sure, but probably not until Thanksgiving week here in the US. That’s when I’m off of school for a bit and have some more time!

Anyway, I love you all, and hope to get the RiME series out and going soon!!
