My first shearing demonstration of the year is in Dernaferst beside the lovely Lough Gowna in County Cavan!
There’ll be a tractor pulling competition and music, it’s shaping up to be a great day out!

Another year older and not much wiser probably… I’m not wanting to make a big thing of it, this is mainly an appreciation post for Jaz!
She organised a surprise party and got me a great pair of work boots wrapped meticulously in Irish Farmers Journal paper!
