Hi! I'm Coach Lok, I've played volleyball since 2001, and coached it since 2006. I currently coach at Lockdown Volleyball Club (it might be named after me) and Boston Latin Academy. I made some college coaching pit stops at Wheaton College, Lesley University, and Emerson College!
I am good at teaching all the skills of volleyball, and would say Passing and Serving are definitely my strongest skills.
