Sorry 🙏 to say but this is a bitter truth😱 in today's era if you are failing in every field then arrange for recommendation (سفارش) and become a teacher.😢
In today's era no student wants to become a teacher, everyone wants to become a doctor/engineer. Do you know why?🤔
Because they have seen how their teacher was appointed as a teacher After Arranging Reference. And these students do not want to do corruption like their teacher.👏
These teachers have their own academies and encourage students to join their academies if they are qualified enough then why is this subject not explained to the students in class.
Only 10% of the knowledgeable teachers are serving the students the rest 90% are Referral. They only do politics and the qualified / Competent teacher has to resign.
