Sam Katz Hypnosis

Hello my beautiful one, I’m Samantha Katz.

I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist with over 16 years of experience in both private and online practice, specializing in deep subconscious transformation and lasting change.

Over the years, I’ve cultivated a global community of over 4 million views across 157 countries—guiding thousands of individuals to gently dissolve limiting beliefs, rewire subconscious patterns, and step into a new level of self-concept, ease, and personal power.

My work is designed to meet you at the deepest level of the mind… where true transformation happens naturally, effortlessly, and in a way that feels both expansive and deeply aligned.

This is more than hypnosis—it’s a return to your true self.
A recalibration of your inner world… so your outer world can rise to meet you.

Your transformation begins here.

I had my first hypnotherapy client when I was 19 years old.

I was a few years away from getting my undergrad in psychology, I had done a few hypnotherapy and NLP courses, on the path to CHt certification.

Our instructors encouraged us to start practicing and I started offering free sessions from my parent’s lounge to get my confidence up and I will never forget the first client. The first thing she said to me… “Sam, what does hypnosis feel like?”.

And I didn’t know how to respond.

This was an actual client… not a practice session with my classmates.

I said… Errr… It feels good?? Not the best response to build rapport with your first client during the intake session.

But, I grew from that session. I also started to deepen my own relationship with the trance experience.

At that point I didn’t realize how deep the trance experience gets over the years. I knew about the Esdaile states in which we achieve somnambulism to perform hypnotic dentistry but I didn’t know about all the other crazy profound experiences we unlock along the way from prolonged states of bliss (Samadhi) and the prana energy activations…

But… back to the point of this post…

What does hypnosis really feel like?

Not control.
Not losing yourself.
Not being taken over…
It feels like coming home to your body.

As the heaviness begins to settle in…Your muscles loosen… your breath deepens…

And something inside you finally feels safe enough to let go of everything that has kept you small.

Your mind doesn’t disappear. It becomes still. Clear. Quiet in a way that feels almost unfamiliar when you first start to meditate but over time it feels like your natural state. Right. Perfect.

Most people say:
“I was aware of everything… I just didn’t want to move.”

And that’s the space we enter.

Where you are fully aware yet deeply relaxed…
open… receptive… and gently connected to yourself.

Because hypnosis isn’t about losing control—

it’s about softening the external noise, the conditioning and programming that the old you identified with. So you can finally hear what your mind and body have been trying to tell you all along.

And in that stillness is where you begin to find the powerful awakened version of you.

Come a little closer for a moment

and just notice your breath.

You don’t have to carry everything right now.

I know how heavy it’s been…

The news. The vibes right now.

The overthinking, the holding it all together,
the pressure you put on yourself to keep going,
even when your body has been asking you to slow down.

And maybe no one has said this to you in a while…

So let me remind you.

You are allowed to rest without earning it.

You are allowed to soften without everything falling apart.

You are allowed to let go without losing control.

Nothing about your worth is measured by how much you push through.

So just for this moment…

let your shoulders drop,
let your jaw unclench,
let your mind be gently held instead of doing the holding.

You don’t need to figure anything out right now.

You don’t need to fix yourself.

You don’t need to be stronger.

Just be here.

Be here now.

Breathing.

Existing.

Enough… exactly as you are.

And as you read this,

something inside you can begin to release, shift and align.

softly… naturally… safely.

You’re not falling behind.

You’re coming back to yourself.

Remember.

Come home to yourself.

Remember your bliss.

I love you. Thank you for sharing space with me.

There’s this idea (thank you, Hollywood 😅) that you can get “stuck” in hypnosis…

like you’ll just drift off somewhere and never come back.

Let me gently explain this to you.

Hypnosis is not mind control.

It’s not unconsciousness.

And it’s definitely not a place you can get trapped in or all that whoo whoo.

It’s actually a completely natural state of awareness — the same state you move in and out of every single day.

- When you’re driving and suddenly realise you don’t remember the last few minutes
- When you’re deeply absorbed in a movie
- When you’re just about to fall asleep at night

That’s hypnosis.

Your brain is simply shifting into a more focused, suggestible, inward state.

You are still aware, still in control, and can come out of it anytime you choose.

As a hypnotherapist, I’ve guided THOUSANDS (Possibly millions if you include my work on YouTube) of people into this state — and every single one of them comes back, often feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to themselves.

In fact, even if I tried to keep someone “stuck” (which I wouldn’t), the mind naturally drifts back to full alertness on its own. Your brain is designed that way. It protects you.

Hypnosis works with your mind, not against it.

And from my own experience — both as a practitioner and as someone who’s gone deeply into hypnosis myself — it feels safe… familiar… almost like coming home to yourself.

And when you become comfortable in accessing these states, you may start to activate prana or awaken your kundalini, but that is a topic for another time as you move deeper on the path of consciousness.

So if there’s a part of you that’s been curious, but a little hesitant because of what you’ve seen in movies…

You can soften that fear now 🤍

You’re not losing control.
You’re learning how to gently guide your own mind.
You are tapping into your unlimited potential.

Yes, you are THAT POWERFUL.

And that’s where the real transformation begins.

We just crossed **40,000 souls** in this space… and I want to take a moment to truly *feel* that with you 🤍

If you’re new here, welcome.

And if you’ve been here for a while… thank you for helping create the energy that makes this space what it is.

This is more than a Youtube channel in the vacuum of internet, this is a healing capsule where about 350k people come together to do the inner work every night.

A space where you don’t have to pretend.

A space where healing is allowed to be slow, messy, nonlinear… and still deeply powerful.

A space where you are welcomed exactly as you are — no matter your past, your story, your struggles, or where you come from.

You belong here.

I want you to know something, especially if you’re quietly working on yourself behind the scenes…

If you’re choosing awareness over old patterns,

If you’re learning to sit with your emotions instead of running from them,

If you’re trying again (even after setbacks)…

I see you.
And I am so deeply proud of you.

Real transformation isn’t a before and after picture. It happens in the small moments — the choices no one else sees. And every time you choose growth, compassion, empathy or healing… you are not only changing your own life, you are shifting something bigger.

Because when one person heals, it ripples.

Into families.
Into relationships.
Into the collective.

This is how the world changes.

Not all at once… but through individuals choosing to come home to themselves.

You are safe.
You are supported.
You are welcome.

And you are already doing something incredibly meaningful by being on this path.

I’m really glad you’re here 🤍

Softening is not about becoming less of who you are, it's about finally allowing yourself to become more.

In hypnosis, we often discover that what feels like “hardness” isn’t your true nature at all.

It’s protection.

Layers your mind and body gently built over time… to keep you safe, to help you cope, to help you survive.

So when a woman begins to soften, she isn’t losing strength.

She isn’t becoming smaller, quieter, or less powerful.

She is simply releasing what was never truly her.

Letting the nervous system unwind.
Letting the body remember safety.
Letting the mind loosen its grip on old patterns of control and defense.

And beneath those layers…

there she is.

Her natural rhythm.
Her truth.
Her presence.

Because feminine essence is not something you perform.

It isn’t defined by roles, expectations, or outdated ideas of who you “should” be.

It’s something you return to.

An energy that already lives within you…

Receptive. Intuitive. Creative.

Deeply connected to the present moment.

Softening is not a transformation into someone new.

It’s a homecoming.

Constant overthinking. Always on edge. Never fully relaxed.

That’s not your natural state.

Sleep hypnosis helps your mind and body remember what calm feels like again.

You are not broken.

You don’t need to fix yourself.

You are just on the journey back to safety.

I love you and I am proud of you.

Checking in 🤍 What would you like to work on this week?

Sam Katz Hypnosis

So you start again on Monday…
you try to be “good”…
you promise yourself this time will be different…

And then something inside you pulls you back.

Not because you are weak.
Not because you lack discipline.

But because a part of you doesn’t feel safe with restriction…
with pressure…
with the feeling of “not enough.”

So it reaches for relief.
For comfort.
For something that feels like coming home, even just for a moment.

And then the guilt comes.
The shame.

The voice that says, “why can’t I just get it together?”
You know exactly what voice I am talking about...

But as a therapist…
I want you to hear this clearly:

You don’t need more discipline.
You need more safety.

You don’t need to control yourself harder.
You need to understand yourself more deeply.

Because the moment your body feels safe…
truly safe…

everything begins to shift.

The urgency starts to dissolve.
The cravings quiet down.
The need to escape fades.

And for the first time…
you’re no longer fighting yourself.

You’re finally on your own side.

You have finally come home.

And that…
is where real, lasting change begins.

This is where hypnosis becomes so powerful for weight loss.

Hypnosis allows you to access the subconscious mind directly, in a deeply relaxed state where your brain becomes more open to new ideas and patterns. This is often linked to theta brainwave activity, which is associated with learning, habit formation, and neuroplasticity.

In this state, your mind becomes highly responsive to positive, supportive suggestions.

Over time, this leads to:
-New neural pathways forming around food and behavior
-Reduced emotional eating and impulsive habits
-Increased feelings of control and calm around food
-A natural shift toward healthier choices

In other words…

You’re not forcing yourself to change.

You’re becoming someone for whom those changes feel natural. Aligned. Comfortable.
