I'm a big fan of the work that Blinky Productions ‪@blinky500‬ is doing. They're an indie film company created by Chris R. Notarile that creates original material based on a number of Golden Age characters now in the public domain.

His latest short is a tribute to Lady Luck from Quality Comics. Really funny stuff that I thought was well shot and acted.

I'm really loving how he's brought these characters alive. He also did a great Black Terror short some time back that I thought was great!

If you're into Golden Age characters, consider checking his work out! Allan ‪@ComicCollectorGeek‬ I was particularly thinking of you and your love for Good Girl work when I watched this video.

I love going through vintage photos of bookstores and newsstands and trying to find books that I own. It helps bring to life the history of some of these old books that I own.

Here's a fantastic project some guys over at the John Byrne and CGC Forums were working on, identifying and recoloring comics from a photo taken at a Readmore Bookstore in Indiana, with cover dates between June to August, 1945.

I actually worked at a Readmore here in Ohio back in the mid-90s!

Here are some of the books I own (so far). Exciting Comics #40, Contact #7 (my first big conservation project) and Black Hood #14, which is still in route from Comic Connect!
