On a lovely bimble on my Honda cbx1000 today when around the bend was this frustrated driver in the white car...

It's highly unlikely the trailer driver had much choice but when I see people doing 35 in a 50, when safe to do the speed and hear them say "it's a limit, not a target".. This is what I see happening, especially as an instructor.

This is why I ALWAYS have my helmet cam running..

We had just come round a left bend so he was overtaking approaching a right bend

Do you think it's ok to drive under the limit when being followed if it's safe to actually get up to the limit?
