Hello, welcome to the Neo Cuphead and Rackey the Rat show (not a real show, unfortunately) channel! I make videos for fun and I hope you find them most entertaining in a way! I won't upload as much since well, high school and no ideas on what to do, but I'll see what I can do! Plus I made this channel to make people happy, so hopefully I can make you happy!

Made this in Ibis Paint X It is an image of the sweetness of COOKIES and MILK (Yea that name does not work as well as I thought).. unfortunately Linzer Cookie was traced, but the only thing that wasnt traced from Linzer Cookie was her eyes. Before you ask, I wanted to give Linzer Cookie more emotion than her sprites does.... so I added the eyes to give her more emotion if you wanna say (I do have more expressions with this face for Linzer Cookie) But Cuphead on the other hand... He was all hand drawn and after looking at this Im really proud of how it turned out, especially how I drew Cuphead. This art showcases if the argument armament was based on Cuphead... Cuphead with his finger bullets (mostly parrying cause finger shooting feels too easy even though its part of the game) and Linzer Cookie with her pen full of ink, which she assists Cuphead, which is why these two are partners!

Sooo Im at disneyland rn and I pulled in fire spirit cookie's gacha, because I had more than 1000 of the event thing for the gacha.... I pull 10 thinking, ok wont it be funny if I got Burning Spice Cookie again? And this pops up.... I GET HIM THREE TIMES!!!! I wish I was joking but this is real! I WAS ONLY KIDDING I DIDNT THINK I WOULD ACTUALLY GET HIM LET ALONE THREE GOSH DAMN TIMES IN ONE SINGLE 10 PULL GACHA!!!

Ive seen indie cross series episode 2, and I gotta, say it was AMAZING! The animation to the music to everything!!! No I wont spoil it no worries but, I will do a parts that made me laugh or in this case made me chuckle a little, cause why not, but since not everyone has watched it since it JUST came out, Ill give it 5 days, Ill get the video recordings and use them from here! But if 5 days isnt enough for you fellahs, then Ill give you more time!

Neo:Hey, fellahs..... Neo here..... and I have some terrible news with the creator's life.... unfortunately.... his grandpa passed away just today.... I can't tell you his name.... It's personal to the creator... he died in the hospital due to a disease.... and..... He's gone.... it.... hurts the creator"s soul a lot since his grandpa meant a lot to him.... he was a guy whose main language was spanish, but he was still learning English. He was a kind man whom the creator spent a lotta time with... For the time being.... we need a break for a while to keep our heads straight from this terrible news we received today.... this is Neo.....signing off....

Sooo I rewatched the indie cross episode 2 trailer and I saw this... Cuphead, starring Michael Kovach.... I dont know yet if he will voice Cups or not, or the guy made some animations to it, idk, but if he does end up voicing cuphead, then let me say this: WE LIVE IN A FUCKING WORLD WHERE MICHAEL KOVACH VOICES TWO OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS, CUPHEAD AND DOEY THE DOUGHMAN..... LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Neo:A new mario kart game that has my boi nabbit and can play as a cow, a goomba, a pengu- wait no TCNick3, and a snowman, and has costumes, as well as new elements and an open world where you can explore off track, puyo puyo tetris 2 is back (in a way), Kirby Air Riders, which me and my sibling have WANTED to release on switch for years. Ok so bad news, chapter 2's daily life is delayed, its because the video got copyrighted due to what reason? The danganronpa anime music... 3 months of editing and its copyrighted... I am so pissed right now... but Ill try to see if I can fix it
