I just want to thank you for all the beautiful comments on my weight loss update Short. Even Bob was surprised seeing the change!

I had my 15-year-old daughter watch it with me, and she said, “Mom, I never saw you that way.” Meaning when I was very overweight.

I told her that was actually part of the point of the video. I read her my pinned comment, and then we sat together and read through so many of your amazing comments.

It turned into such a great teaching moment with my daughter about something I hope she always remembers: who we are on the inside is what matters most. Our health matters too, and the reality is that I wasn’t healthy then. I’m incredibly grateful for how far I’ve come, but I’m still the same person on the inside.

And one more thing, I’m trying to respond to every comment, as usual! There seems to be an issue with the app right now where I have to completely restart it after every response. 😂 So if I haven’t gotten to yours yet, please know I will!

Thank you for sharing this moment with me. You guys really are an amazing 411 Family. 💜 Kc

Just a quick heads-up that we won’t be live tonight. We’ll miss hanging out and spinning with you all, but we’ll be back soon!

Thanks for understanding, and as always… you can’t win if you can’t spin! ❤️

What. A. Week. ❤️🏡🛍️

It was one of those weeks filled with a little bit of everything …big changes, sore muscles, great deals, crazy crowds…and apparently a Werther’s shortage. 😂

First, we gave hugs and said goodbye to my daughter and Onyx 🐈‍⬛ (my daughter’s cat) who have been living with us, because my daughter officially moved into her new home! 🏡❤️

And when I say moved…we MOVED. 😅 It was quite the job, but we got her all settled in. My mom even came through with our famous family sloppy joes to feed the moving crew because nothing tastes better after hauling boxes and furniture all day than food you didn’t have to make yourself. 😂

Then it was time for back-to-school shopping at the Eagan Outlet Mall with my other daughter. The weather? PERFECT. ☀️ The crowds? ABSOLUTELY NUTS. 😳

Lines to try clothes on.
Lines to buy the clothes.
People EVERYWHERE.

What I thought would be a little shopping trip turned into a SIX-HOUR adventure. 😂 But we worked those clearance racks and actually found some really great deals at a few of those “name stores” we don’t shop at very often. 🙌 She even decided to get her ears double pierced, so we came home with new clothes, new earrings and considerably less money. 😂

Meanwhile, Bob stayed home and mowed, weed-whipped AND did laundry while I spent the entire day shopping. Now THAT deserved a thank-you. ❤️

So on the way home I stopped at Menards to surprise him with his favorite Werther’s…

…and found an EMPTY SHELF. 🤦‍♀️😂

Sorry, Bob. Apparently this time it really IS the thought that counts.

Big changes. Little moments. A daughter starting life in her own home. Another getting ready for a new school year. Grandma feeding everybody. Bob holding down the fort.

And me?

I think I need a day off from my week. 😂❤️

🎶 What a night! ❤️

Enjoying a little date night with my favorite guy at the Cole Swindell concert at Mystic Lake Casino! 🎤🎶

Great music, great atmosphere, and even better company. 🥰 These are the nights and memories I never want to take for granted.

So thankful we get to do life and have a whole lot of fun together. ❤️

Any other Cole Swindell fans here? What’s your favorite song of his? 🎵

Sometimes YouTube brings more than just videos, it brings real friendships. 💜

Tonight at the casino, I had the pleasure of finally meeting Judy and Jackie (sisters), two wonderful members of our 411 Slots family.

It’s always such a special reminder that this community is made up of genuinely kind people. Thank you both for taking the time to say hello, share some laughs, and snap a picture with me. It truly made my evening.

Moments like these are one of my favorite parts of what we do. 💜🎰

Thank you for being part of our 411 Slots family. We appreciate you more than you know! Keep smiling and winning Ladies!!
