Who am I? My name is Rikki Cloos, and my husband has insomnia. Inspired by my struggles with anxiety and my husband's trouble sleeping, I've created this space to offer tools for stress relief, better sleep, and inner peace. I'm passionate about sharing the power of breathwork, guided meditations, and soothing sounds to help you find calm and self-regulation.
