Gunpla & AI, is there a right choice?
After seeing gundam fan groups flooded with AI Images...
I have a question for the community: What about your Gunpla?
Is it right to use AI to showcase your Gunpla builds in a way you couldn't achieve with just your own physical skills?
On one hand, AI is an incredible tool. You can use it to create amazing image of your model, or even transform it into manga/comic style art without needing an artist. It can be used to highlight your physical art piece. I used Gemini to transform a single Gundam photo into different art styles in less than 5 mins, took me literally ZERO effort apart from the original photo.
But is it a shortcut? Does it devalue the art of model building if the final image we show is made by AI? What about the authenticity and effort you have put into building it?

500 Subs Milestone!
Thank you for being part of the channel, I am overjoyed to have reached 500 before the end of 2024, it has been fun creating videos and there will be more coming!
(In the next photo is the pile of backlogs I have obtained over my recent trips abroad in Japan
This is really just a hobby of mine to build model kits and just maximizing my enjoyment by recording how its built via stop motion.
