Dear Diary,

It’s been a crazy few weeks, and I haven’t had much time to reflect. I miss you all so much and love you guys dearly! I just wanted to check in and let you know that I’ve been active on Instagram and TikTok, so be sure to follow along.

So much has happened covering social media events, going on a mission trip to Utah, and navigating the gloomy days of college. Overall, I’m really looking forward to taking a 21-day social media break once my birthday hits. I’ll be documenting the journey, but you won’t see it until after the 21 days. I’m just so excited to reset, refresh, and spend more time with the Lord.

Dear Diary,

February has just begun, and I’m relying on God for a little extra strength each week. I’ve definitely had to find calmness and quiet moments during some of these rough days. I’ve also made new, stronger friendships that I’m very blessed to have formed.

At times, I feel defeated when I create YouTube content and it doesn’t perform as well as I expected, but I remind myself it’s not about the view count. What matters more is the impact it has on someone. I’ve been reading a book about a young girl who went to jail because of her faith in Jesus Christ. It was beautiful and humbling. While in jail, she made a connection with one woman who was deeply impacted by her faith, changing her life. The Lord sent her to jail to meet just that one person, not hundreds or even tens, but one. It made me reflect on my life, and I realized I want to impact others when sharing the good news of the Lord. I don’t need to worry about the numbers, but rather the quality I’m pouring into one, two, or however many people the Lord sends, whether that’s online or in person.

Also, my YouTube content doesn’t always reflect my relationship with God. I film when I feel led and as I’m able, with His help, of course. But I shouldn’t feel like I have to film every moment I pray or worship to show that I do it. God knows my heart and what I do both behind closed doors and in front of the camera. Getting to talk openly about my faith is an opportunity I’m grateful for, but I don’t need to make it an idol or feel pressured to film every moment when I’m in God’s presence. That’s something I’ve been learning. I don’t want an online relationship with the Lord; I want a real, authentic one.

Dear Diary,


Today I’ve realized that as I spend more time in God’s Word, He’s been revealing so much in my life things I didn’t fully recognize the beauty or importance of before.

I’ve also been reflecting on the past few weeks, thinking about what I’ve been praying for then versus what I’m praying for now. The changes, setbacks, blessings, and the reality I’ve been facing have been brutal, but in the best way possible, if that makes sense.

It’s Sunday, a new week is ahead, and I’m feeling so blessed and excited for what’s to come!
