Hey everyone! I’ve been receiving a lot of feedback from you all that you aren’t getting notified about my livestreams 😢.
YouTube often auto selects “personalized notifications” when you subscribe. I’ve also noticed that they will often switch it back to personalized every few weeks (even if you originally selected “all”). Very sketchy I know 🤦♀️.
If you all could do me a favor and check to make sure that you have “ALL notifications” selected that would be wonderful. If not, here’s how you select that (screenshot attached).
After confirming you have “all notifications” on, please let me know in the comments here if you’re STILL not being notified of my livestreams. I plan to contact YouTube support with this, and they are asking for screenshots to prove this is so. If you all reach out to support about this too I’m sure that would help 😃.
