Fresno Police commit battery while falsely claiming that it's illegal to film undercover vehicles or "loiter" (citing a parking lot's tow policy as evidence.) A second straight Fresno Police OIR report in a row has revealed that yet another Fresno cop was caught drunk on duty. No local media outlets have reported this second case yet. These are both on top of the notable incident a couple years ago where an FPD sergeant used stolen meth while on duty and then drove his patrol car into a tree.
I take back everything I said about Balderrama: hiring him was a great idea. It's been a thrill watching the wheels fall off.
