With a strong belief and persistence, Papillon Cake was founded in 2011 with the merest basic equipment and great efforts to present a unique product with high German standards.
Highly passionate motivated chefs teamed up and worked relentlessly towards bringing up Papillon Cake to where it stands today. Within two years, driven by their ambition and outstanding efforts they managed to overcome all obstacles and challenges whilst growing the Papillon family up to 16 professionals.
2013 marked a new era for Papillon Cake with the opening of their first specialized factory. What started as a small home-liked business has transformed into a school-like establishment which transforms ambitious talents into a handful of highly skilled bakers and cake designers with highest standards and techniques, in conformity with the Emirates food safety standards.
