Most devs in the Roblox community are unreliable and lazy.
When you're hiring people, always keep multiple options at bay.
Don't message one VFX artist or builder. Message 10 or 20.
Then, out of those that reply, hire 3 of them, and split up the tasks you need done amongst them.
If one ghosts, slows down, or makes excuses, they become a bottleneck in your project's pipeline.
If you always have other devs working, production can't be halted by a single person, and tasks can be slid down to the most competent, hardworking person at the time.
Never put your project's success or failure at the mercy of one dev's inconsistent hobbyist workflow.
