This channel is intended for the discussion of all things music (mostly metal and hard rock, but I also sometimes make room for other genres such as indie rock, synthpop and shoegaze)
The origins of this channel go back to when I was reading the fantasy series 'The Wheel of Time' and from that I decided on the channel name 'The Green Man'. If you visit my early content, you can find content on The Wheel of Time and other fantasy books too.

Tonight in my local town I saw some guys not older than their 20s requesting Alice in Chains on a jukebox, a young looking girl in a Pantera hoodie AND a pretty young looking guy in an obituary t shirt. As I'm getting older it's more and more awesome to see this. The power of metal and rock music- being discovered by new generations.

Just a few quick updates:
2 album reviews coming up later today for new Wolf Alice and Deftones.
Dark Horse Discs second episode will be for Nirvana's 'Bleach' and will premiere on Tuesday.
Another interview is also on the way for later in the week.
My new horror channel 'Tom's Tomb of Horror' effectively launches tomorrow with 2 Friday the 13th themed videos - just got the 1 sub so far (thanks Hector!) so go sub if you want to see more of my horror content!
And still also in the pipeline - a video on symphonic metal band After Forever and an Arch Enemy album ranking.

RIP Ozzy. Thanks for everything- Black Sabbath and your solo albums have been a huge part of my life and it would not have been the same, nor would heavy metal as a whole.
