October is one of my favorite months.

That time when you close your door, darken the room and play those horror games you had on your shelf for a while.

So which horror games are you into during this season. No wrong answer here, you can say anything, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Parasite Eve, Outlast etc.

Hey everyone just letting you know I finished my 10K subscriber special and planning to release it tonight, but it will be a small delay by between 30 minutes to an hour as it's converting now. See you soon.

Hey everyone! Quick update!

The 10,000 Subscriber Special is getting pushed to Sunday night! This is a HEAVY game, and I want to make sure I'm as thorough as possible and give it the retrospective it deserves.

But don't worry! Tomorrow night, I'll be dropping one of my VERY LONG Retrospectives to keep you occupied while I put the finishing touches on the special!

Thank you all for your patience and continued support! I'll see you tomorrow night, and then again on Sunday for the big one!

Stay Retro, Stay Phantom. 👻🎮

EDIT (9/27): Day has been moved to monday.

Retro Phantom

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages…

Do you remember the 21st night of September? 🎶

Because this is officially the night Retro Phantom reached 10,000 subscribers! 🎉

I’ve been working toward this moment for the past two years, and it honestly feels incredible to finally see this goal become a reality.

I want to thank every single person who has watched, subscribed, commented, shared a video, or supported the channel along the way. And a special thank you to those of you who were here in the early days—back when I had possibly the worst microphone known to man. 😂

You watched the videos, gave me advice, recommended better equipment, told me when the music was WAY too loud, and helped me improve one video at a time. I listened, learned, kept working, and somehow those long retrospectives turned into a community of 10,000 people.

And as long as you all keep tuning in, I’ll keep making them.

But we have to celebrate 10K properly.

My next Street Fighter Retrospective drops October 3rd, followed by Street Fighter V on October 10th. And somewhere in between all of that, be on the lookout for the 10K Subscriber Special. 👀

Two years of work. Countless hours of research, writing, recording, editing, and probably way too many hours talking about old video games.

10,000 subscribers. We did it.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting Retro Phantom and allowing me to keep doing something I genuinely love.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Stay Retro, Stay Phantom. 👻🎮

Next Goal 50K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Retro Phantom

I heard the early reviews, but being honest, I can't judge a game I haven't played yet. So, like all things, I'll give it a chance, and worse comes to worse. Just return it if it wasn't your cup of tea.

Every gamer has that yearly run of one of their favorite games.

Right now, I'm replaying
Spiderman 2018
MGS (1-4)
And Requim, what's on your yearly list?
