விசுவாசத்தின் வெற்றி (The Victory of Faith)
இருள் சூழ்ந்த இந்த உலகத்திலே,
ஆயிரம் இடறல்கள் காத்திருக்கும்;
உறுதியான நங்கூரம் போன்றது;
துக்கத்தின் கடல்கள் பொங்கி எழட்டும்;

The Victory of Faith
In this world enshrouded in darkness,
A thousand stumbles lie in wait;
The battles of a wandering mind,
Seek to leave us in a troubled state.
But yet...
He who is born of God,
Shall stand and conquer this vast earth!
For within him dwells the mighty power,
Given by the Father of heavenly birth.
Like an anchor firm and steady,
Amidst the ocean’s crashing tide,
Though the very mountains tremble,
Let unshaken confidence be our guide.
No need to take up worldly arms,
No need for restless, anxious strife;
With Faith as our protecting shield,
The world shall bow before our life.
Let the winds of trial fiercely blow,
Let the seas of sorrow rise and swell;
Let the Word of Lord Jesus within you,
As a lamp of hope, all gloom dispel.
The victory is not of our own hands,
Is it not a gift from Grace Divine?
Faith alone is our crowning triumph—
The secret told in the Word sublime!
"For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith."
— 1 John 5:4

The Miracle of the Eucharist
This miracle took place in Rimini, Italy.
The Context:
During St. Anthony's time, there was a man named Bononillo who did not believe that Jesus Christ was truly present in the Holy Eucharist. He challenged Anthony, saying, "I will not believe that God is in that piece of bread unless I see a sign."
The Challenge:
The man proposed a strange test:
"I will keep my mule hungry for three days. After three days, I will bring it out. On one side, I will place its favorite fodder (food), and on the other, you will hold the Eucharist. If the mule ignores the food and bows to the Eucharist, I will believe."
The Miracle:
St. Anthony accepted the challenge. For three days, the mule was given no food.
On the third day, a large crowd gathered in the town square. The man brought his starving mule. A tray of fresh grass and grains was placed before it. On the other side, St. Anthony stood holding the Monstrance with the Holy Eucharist.
The mule was released. Everyone expected the hungry animal to rush toward the food. However, something incredible happened:
The mule did not even look at the fodder.
It walked straight toward St. Anthony.
It knelt down on its forelegs and bowed its head in reverence before the Holy Eucharist.
The Result:
Seeing a starving animal recognize the presence of God when he could not, Bononillo immediately knelt down, asked for forgiveness, and became a devout believer.
Other Famous Miracles of St. Anthony:
Preaching to the Fish: When people in a certain city refused to listen to his preaching, Anthony went to the riverbank and began talking to the fish. Thousands of fish poked their heads out of the water and lined up to listen to him until he finished.
Finding Lost Things: Once, a young novice stole Anthony's book of Psalms. Anthony prayed for its return. The thief saw a terrifying vision that compelled him to return the book and confess. This is why people pray to St. Anthony today to find lost items.
St. Anthony continues to perform miracles for many today. It is said that he never fails those who seek him with true faith.
"St. Anthony, worker of miracles, pray for us!"

The Shadow of Darkness and the Light of Faith
In the misty heights of Kodaikanal, tucked away from the bustling town, stood an old mansion called "Shalom Manor." While the surrounding coffee plantations looked picturesque during the day, a chilling mystery lay hidden within its walls.
Love and New Beginnings
Lemuel, a devout believer and a talented architect, and his wife Rebecca, a lead singer in the church choir, had been married for only a few months. They moved into the mansion so Lemuel could oversee its restoration.
"Lem, this place feels heavy. There’s a silence here that isn't peaceful," Rebecca whispered one evening, clutching her Bible. Lemuel held her hand firmly. "Don't fear, Rebecca. The Lord is our shepherd; where His praise dwells, darkness cannot stay."
The Haunting Begins
The peace didn't last long. One Friday night at 3:00 AM, the piano in the hallway began to play by itself—not a hymn, but a discordant, mournful tune. As Rebecca went to investigate, the windows slammed shut, and candles flickered out. A cold breath brushed against her ear, and a raspy voice whispered, "Rebecca... you shouldn't have come here."
The haunting intensified over the following days. Scratching sounds inside the walls, phantom footsteps, and a dark, shadowy figure began to manifest. Lemuel soon learned the mansion's dark history: fifty years ago, a woman named Sarah had died there under mysterious circumstances, allegedly involved in the occult, vowing that no couple would ever live happily in that house.
The Spiritual Battle
One stormy night while Lemuel was away on urgent work, the entity struck. The power went out, and a violent force threw Rebecca’s Bible across the room. A thick, black mist surrounded her. Her eyes turned a piercing red, and her voice distorted as the spirit of Sarah took control of her body.
When Lemuel rushed home, he found Rebecca floating inches above the ground, her face twisted in a sinister grin. "She is mine now, Lemuel! Your God cannot save her!" the spirit shrieked through her.
Lemuel didn't retreat. He fell to his knees and declared with unwavering strength, "The Lord of Hosts is with us! He who delivered His people from bondage will deliver my wife today!"
Victory Through Faith and Love
Lemuel began to recite Psalm 91 aloud. "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty!"
The demon lashed out, throwing furniture at him, but Lemuel reached out and grabbed Rebecca’s hands. "Rebecca, look at me! Remember our vow! Fight for our love and call upon the name of the Lord in your heart!"
The bond of their pure love acted as a shield. Lemuel anointed the room and commanded, "In the name of Jesus, I command you, unclean spirit—leave this place!"
A blinding light filled the room, accompanied by a bone-chilling scream as the dark shadow was ripped away from Rebecca and vanished into the wind.
The Dawn of Peace
As the first rays of the morning sun pierced through the windows, Rebecca collapsed into Lemuel's arms. Her eyes were clear again, filled with their usual warmth. "The darkness is gone, Lem," she whispered weakly.
"Yes, Rebecca. Only the light remains," he replied, kissing her forehead.
Lemuel converted a portion of the manor into a beautiful small chapel. Every evening, the sound of Rebecca’s hymns filled the halls that were once haunted by screams. Their story became a testament to the village: that where there is unshakable faith and true love, even the strongest darkness must flee.
The End.
