It’s been 5 years since I released the record that literally SAVED MY LIFE. I was broke, my neighborhood burned down, (watch Louisiana music video on YouTube), I was in the news for people trying to cancel me, my record label I was on during the time publicly dropped me without telling me… future was VERY VERY uncertain. But I had AN ALBUM. 5 months later I released POWDERHORN SUITES and yall saved my life and put that record on the top of the billboard charts as the number 8 record in the WORLD!!! Across all genres, all countries, all time. The 8th album. Unbelievable. My life changed. One day I’ll write a book about this time, so many crazy things happened behind the scenes. In the meantime, I just want to say THANK YOU I OWE YOU MY LIFE. Happy bday to Powderhorn Suites. 5 years old. Pookie baby loves you.

This last spring I did something I never in my wildest dreams thought I could do- Play Red Rocks. And we didn’t just play Red Rocks we SOLD THAT BITCH OUT. Y’all it was such a huge moment in my and my families lives… hugged my momma and cried like a damn 3 year old after the show. This Friday at 1pm the largest, most comprehensive filming EVER of a prof concert goes up on my channel!
